Shen Ya was happy that Zhen Xiu decided to come back with her.
"I am glad that you are coming back with us." Shen Ya responded happily.
Zhen Xiu was confused. "What do you mean by us?"
Shen Ya remembered that she has still not told her about Lu Jian and his insecurities. She was happy that her friend would finally receive the love she has always wanted.
"I am talking about Lu Jian. He was worried about you and almost became crazy with anticipation. Last night, he was too troubled so I helped him clear his thoughts. He is still sleeping that's why you didn't saw him here."
Zhen Xiu frowned. Lu Jian was here.

She raised her thoughts in front of Shen Ya.
"What do you mean by that Xiao Xiu? He cares about you. He is here for you." Shen Ya was even more confused at the changing reaction of her friend. What has gotten into her?
Was Lu Jian right in his intuition?
Shen Ya was worried about losing her best friend cum family. So, she told her about everything Lu Jian did in the course of the events. Zhen Xiu was shocked to hear about all this information from Shen Ya. It was too much.
She completely forgot about his confession. Looks like, he was truly in love with her.

Zhen Xiu, the evil princess didn't know whether to laugh or cry at this?
She was attracted to him. Yes, he was beautiful and she would love to eat him but what about love?
She was not a player so she could not play with his feelings too.
"But I don't love him." Zhen Xiu expressed her inner thoughts in front of Shen Ya.
It was the exact moment that Lu Jian arrived inside the room and heard her saying this. His heart was in pain.

These words of his wife rang in his ears. Painfully, squeezing his heart. So, this was the feeling of heartbreak.
It was painful.
He controlled his feelings that were about to burst from his heart and kept a tight hold on them. This was not the time to act like this, his intuition proved herself true, she really didn't care about him.
But he was not dejected they were still married and he would try his best to improve her feelings. She would see his efforts and he believed that he could get her back from his true feelings.
He kept on eavesdropping on their conversation and silently controlled his grieving heart.
Shen Ya was speechless after Zhen Xiu blurted those words out. Was this girl crazy?
How can she change her decision so fast? Earlier she used to hate Lu Jian because of his neglect and careless attitude towards her best friend; never in her dreams has she imagined that her friend would also behave like him.
Just last night, she was the one that consoled Lu Jian in believing her. For having positive hope for the future but all of these words sounded ironic because of this new situation.
What was this?
The relationships were surely messy.
"Are you alright? It must be your brain? How can you say something like this? You were together with him before your coma and sticking with him. You told me you wanted to give him a chance. Was that false?"
Shen Ya asked her angered. It was not because she was turning against her words but because she was also thinking of doing something similar to Lu Jian past behavior.
Zhen Xiu wanted to explain but Shen Ya reprimanded her again. "If you had already given him a new chance to prove his faithfulness to you then you should not go against your words. It's wrong."
Zhen Xiu cried. When was she going against her words?
She just said she didn't love him but it didn't mean she wanted to leave him. She has not even eaten him yet. How could she leave such a lump of delicious meat alone?
She was not a fool. She knew what Shen Ya meant but her feelings were true. She was being truthful yet was treated like this.
Even that Zoru is also sleeping. Who is going to help her in this case?
She was afraid of telling her best friend her inner thoughts.
"I don't want to leave him yet." Zhen Xiu told her about her plans.
Shen Ya rolled her eyes. What is the meaning of yet?
She had already decided to give him a chance way before her accident and now she was trying to run away from her responsibilities. Suddenly, Shen Ya felt bad for Lu Jian.
"Exactly! Since you have given him a chance then let him prove himself and meanwhile you should conduct yourself properly." Shen Ya suggested.
She remembered her sweet Jiang Wui. He was so good towards her but on the other hand, this pair of husband and wife were always troubling her.
She was sick of their stupid actions.
"Of course, he is my meal. How could I leave such beauty alone?" Zhen Xiu questioned Shen Ya as if she has lost her mind.
She was not planning on leaving her consort. It was Shen Ya herself that voiced out her opinion without focusing on her words.
What she meant by not loving him was just simple; she was attracted towards him but don't have any affections for him.
She was simply telling her best friend about her thoughts; Zhen Xiu never thought that she would be misinterpreted by her smart friend.
At the other side of the room, Lu Jian was little compensated after he confirmed that she was still attracted to him.
He knew his past mistakes and neglect was too much and it might have changed her heart but she was still willing to give him a chance, it means he was still there in her heart.
He has to show his sincerity and win her back.
Lu Jian was surprised at his strong feelings. He couldn't understand why he was not attracted to her in the past?
What made him change his heart?
He knew that his feelings towards her were sudden and overwhelming that it was hard to accept. She Ya had also questioned his faithfulness to her.
"Do I look like a cheater?" He mused quietly.
He was glad that his wife has a sensible friend like Shen Ya that was clearing her thoughts and even advocating for him. She must have seen the changes in him.
Now that even she-devil was also supporting him; he has to do his best to get his wife back for his heart.
He will again revive that love in her heart. He promised himself.
