"You are offering me water." Zhen Xiu giggled at his offer but graciously accepted the glass of water as she needed the cold water to calm her burning desire for her husband.

"Thanks for this hubby otherwise I could not control myself in front of a man beauty."

"Oh! Then don't control yourself. I am here at your disposal." Lu Jian grinned at her invite.

Zhen Xiu wanted to grab this chance and gobble him up right here at the moment. She closed the distance between them and placed her lips on his cold body. He was unusually cold and hence provided a good body for her to exploit.

She knew that she was attracted to him but after keenly watching his actions towards her and made her realize that this man was not completely intolerable as there was much more to him other than his beauty and cold aura.

Zhen Xiu fluttered her eyes at him and wanted to provoke him to see his non-calm aura around her. She could not believe that he was such a saint to avoid a piece of meat in front of him. After all, all the men loved a woman in their life.

Zhen Xiu was not in the mood to sleep and wanted to tease her husband. She was a bit disappointed at her charm as Lu Jian was still thinking about sleeping when she was still on his lap, enticing him with her smoothness.

She was bewildered at his control and was more than determined to find out the reason of her husband's past celibacy.

"I don't want to sleep." She slowly murmured in his ears and placed her mouth on his forehead.

Lu Jian who was trying to fight his lusty heads was suddenly still in her arms and was waiting for her little ministration.

If he could not do anything then it does not mean that he would not allow his wife to do all this either. He was more than happy to be on the receiving side of her love.

By now he was aware that his wife was playing with him and was trying to entice him for whatever the reason but he was glad to feel her.

He was a man that has never tasted a woman but now that he has someone that he loved and wanted to be with her for his lifetime, he was anticipating the desire that comes from being together.

His past mistakes have put him under a pang of heavy guilt and this was the main reason that he has always tried to control himself and his affection for her. He knew that his cowardice to deal with his mother was one of his biggest shortcoming in their relationship and the main reason that he has been guilty towards her.

But his love for her was screaming in his head that it was not the time yet for this and he has to give her a proper justice before they should move their relationship forward in their life.

All his excitement dried up in a second when he remembered that he has not punished his mother for doing everything wrong to her. He was at fault too for neglecting everything happening around him and not trying to intervene between them in the past and now he will make sure to correct every wrong he had done to her.

He vowed to set everything in order before moving forward in their relationship.

Lu Jian sternly removed Zhen Xiu's hand from his body and gently placed her on the bed.

"Sleep, little seductress!"

Zhen Xiu pouted for not getting the appropriate result for her teasing. She has almost succeeded in her teasing but apparently, Lu Jian was stronger than the steel in his determination.
