The taxi car reached the place of her destination.

It was a summer evening. The sky streaked a deep blue and the sun celebrated a theme of yellow, free and bright. The trees rose to the occasion, often donning their best verdant hues.

As Bai Qingyan stepped foot out of the taxi car, she felt as if she'd been cooked and fried in the stove. She came to this place with means to see Gu Hang and there was no need to hide her face so she pulled off the mask and put it away in her bag. Against the sizzling hotness, the sun shone elegantly against her gentle features.

She walked towards the cafe with a steady and fierce look in her starry eyes.

She'd have to cross past the streetwalk to reach her destination.

Her mind drew back to her previous life.

She remembered clearly the bitter tragedy — Gu Hang stood across the other side of the street. His face lightened as he saw her figure and quickly ran towards her. "Yan Yan, you're here!" Gu Hang smiled happily and shouted to Bai Qingyan.

She wore a light colored skirt, the length just above her knee which accentuated the fine lines of her curves vividly. Her hair dangled freely all the way down her waist was soft and beautiful. She looked like an angel as if a circle of halo scattered above her soft hair.

But beneath her beauty stands a veil full of hatred like the poisonous datura flower,1 a devil's trumpet. Though beautiful and ethereal, it held a sign of poison and danger.

Gu Hang could not see her poisonous hatred for under the sunshine boughs, he felt she looked angelic and beautiful that it'd be enough to stir one's soul… but… Gu Yezhi had already touched her. The thought of it sickened him.

Bai Qingyan heard Gu Hang's voice and she lowered her head slightly.

Her eyes flickered, unsure what to do, but at the corner of her eyes, she saw a black car parked at the corner ready to turn its engine and start.

Sure enough! All these plans are really good… Gu Hang, you truly are… 

She felt foolish for having been fooled in her past life.

She bit her lips and her eyes were now unwavering and determined.

She'd have to send a big gift to her important customer on the first day of her rebirth, she thought.

Gu Hang wanted Bai Qingyan, a pawn in his chess of game to become disabled, but she, Qin Xiaomeng, wanted to take her life away. Were she to die, she'd become Gu Yezhi's new wife!

"Bai Qingyan, go to hell!" Qin Xiaoming pressed her foot on the gas pedal. Her face looked like that of a wild, ferocious animal.

Datura is one of the most toxic and poisonous plants on earth, it belongs to the "Witches' Weeds" along with deadly Nightshade Henbane and Mandrake. Datura is dangerous even to touch, so much care needs to be taken when around this plant whether it is fresh or dried.
