“Release me! Bai Qingyan, who do you think you are?!” Ji Sijie slapped Bai Qingyan's hand away.

Yesterday she met her at the company. Ji Sijie had marveled at her beauty, scarcely believing it was natural. She had become scared of losing her position, so she had Bai Qingyan investigated.

“How dare you?! None of you want to live anymore!” Bai Qingyan roared in anger as she watched her uncle being beaten. Her eyes reddened from holding back her tears. When she saw a man move to punch her uncle again, she jumped up and scratched his face with her sharp nails.

“Ouch, ouch!!” The scratches bled immediately. Trying to escape from Bai Qingyan's nails, the man blindly kicked in her direction.

“Yan Yan!” Predicting who the kick would hit, Bai Jian tried to rush in and help his niece. He was pulled back by one of the men around him and couldn't move.

"Crack!"

The sound of broken bones was heard, freezing everyone where they stood.

Naturally, it wasn't from Bai Qingyan suffering any sort of injury. It came from the man who tried to kick her. His leg was being held by Xue Ying, who mercilessly twisted the man's ankle!

“AHH!” The man fell to the ground, screaming horribly.
