Bang!

Anna closed her apartment door with a loud bang making her neighbors aware of her anger.

Who the heck is this guy? What the hell with his attitude? Why is he so rude? Why is she even so mad about his behavior? Gahhh... why is she even so angry about being angry?

Come to think of it, she didn't even ask Kiera about his name. Well, why would she ask? He didn't ask hers too. Does he even know any basic courtesy? That guy... wasn't he supposed to be younger than her? But he didn't look that way though? Overly handsome guys are overly rude, this was a known fact as she researched on them since she was young. Then why was she so surprised at his behavior? Did she expect him to be a polite guy? Or maybe the old man at the elevator that day, who was overly handsome and also very polite to her, made her view change on her own research?

Haiya... this sucks, really. Throwing her phone on the sofa, Anna went to have a cold shower. She needed this. When she came out of the shower, she saw her phone being flooded with tons of notifications.

59 missed calls? Don't joke with me. Who is this impatient? Anna found the caller unknown. Strange, these days she is having so many unknown calls and messages. Thinking about how things went with the previous case, she decided to call the caller or else she is going to be punished by Kiera again. Exactly then, her phone started to ring again. Because Kiera's brain is never short of ideas when it comes to punishing her for anything.

The call was from the same ID from whom she got those calls.

"Hello?"

"Who is this?"

Anna twitched her brows. How funny can this be anymore? The person who called a lady 59 times doesn't even know who she is? Is he some kind of pervert? Come to think of it, this person is a 'he'.

"Listen, weirdo, if you don't have any definite reason to call then don't disturb people at random."

What she received from the other side was a big silence.

"Is this some kind of joke?" Then all of a sudden, a deep voice came to her ears. Why does the voice sound familiar? Where did she hear this voice from?

Wait... did he say joke? He is the one joking here calling her like a maniac while she was having a fine time in the shower.

"Hey, why would I joke with you? You are the one joking here. Just cut the crap or I am gonna report this number to the police." she threatened the person as she got this kind of creepy call often.

There was only a sigh of frustration from the other side.

"Never mind."

*Toot*

The call was cut. Wait? Doesn't this guy also act like someone arrogant she knew? Why the heck does she have to deal with all the strange and weird arrogant type people today? First Kiera's cousin and now this rude stalker. Before she could think any further, her phone rang again.

"Argh... What is it now...."

This time, the call was from Kiera. She should have landed by now. Aighoo... She also forgot to give Kiera a call because she was so busy bickering with her cousin in her fantasy. But why is she calling her as soon as she landed? Did she miss Anna that much? Ohho, so cute.

Little did Anna know her punishment session was still ongoing as Kiera called her to throw the ultimate bomb at her. Until now, what she did was just only one part of her great punishment.

"Hey, you are already at the hotel?" Anna asked Kiera innocently though she was really innocent this time not knowing what is going to happen with her in the next hour.

"My foot, Anna! What did you do?"

Eh? What happened suddenly? What did she do again?

"What did I do this time?"

"You dropped Theo but didn't even get something to eat for him huh?"

Oh, so his name is Theo. Nice name. Good, at least she knows his name. Wait, What's so good about this? Putting this name part aside, why would she buy him food? Kiera sounded as if it was Anna's duty to buy him some food.

"Anna? You there?"

"Umm... yes. I am. What were you saying?"

"God Anna, my poor brother is starving there and you are chilling out happily at home? You should have at least helped him to get some food, you know." Kiera added with an extra spice into her voice to pursue Anna.

Ehh? Was it her responsibility to feed him or something?

"How am I supposed to know if you don't tell me? Gosh, is he a poor ass guy or something?" *And why am I the one to buy him food?*

"No, how can he not have money? It's just that...."

"What?"

"He never brought food from the store. He always eats homemade foods. Doctor's recommendations and all you know....," *Come on Annabelle, have some pity on his handsome face*, Kiera screamed saying that in her own mind.

Anna rolled her eyes. Is he pregnant or something? Why is he so petty? Can't he just make an exception for today?

"So, you will, right?" Kiera pleaded.

Anna can feel Kiera's puppy eyes from far away. Why is she even caring about this cousin of hers? Anna herself never saw Kiera showing any mercy on her family members. As far as she knows, Kiera even skips her family dinners just to be away from them. So why is she suddenly caring about this specific guy? But it was something that can only be answered by Kiera and now is actually not the right time.

A few hours ago, Annabelle was thinking that she will never have to meet that rude and unnecessary handsome-looking guy. But here she is, thinking whether to help that fellow. She was angry earlier but still, he probably didn't eat for a long time. Slightly out of pity, she thought to make a simple dish and send him.

"Okay, I will bring some food for him. But it would be his own good if he doesn't complain. Or else, I am gonna throw that food at his face."

"Ok! My lifesaver!" That's it. The call was cut. Kiera didn't even sound a single bit thankful or sorry though. Suddenly Anna felt all of this was a conspiracy to steal her lazy time. Let her come back. She is now on an important business trip, or else Anna would have charged her with a high price for wasting her happy homey time.

*Sigh*

It was already very late. It will buy some time if she cooks any food now. Rest in peace, her beauty sleep. But it's useless to whine now. She already said she was okay with it. Maybe chicken ramen would be the easiest and fastest to cook, right? It was not that she felt sorry for him, but she felt bad that her poor dish would have to sacrifice its great taste for some rude person. After all, ramen is the best dish when you are hungry but you don't have enough time to prepare a heavy meal.
