Anna was humming this song of Dua Lipa as her small Bluetooth speaker was playing the song inside of the running car. Sweet weather, no traffic, and playing pop songs - this combination makes her morning drive more exciting. No matter how many love songs she is gonna hear, she would still prefer listening to rock songs. She didn't like love songs that much though she composed and sang many love songs herself. But it didn't come from her heart. It was kinda fan service.

This is the reality. When you are a celebrity, what you have to do is according to your fans' choices and likings. If you want to mix your own choice in it, those same sweet fans will poison your life enough to give you a massive depression. Fortunately, the present Annabelle doesn't give any head about these things. Some important years of her life were already wasted because of her foolish decisions.

Then came a good chance for her to stop this hypocrisy. At first, she hated not being able to live like she lived before but after some months she realized this life was the actual life she wanted since her childhood. Leaving that chaotic life and living peacefully, this is actually the BEST.

No... wait! This isn't the best! Though it was best until yesterday, this is not best anymore! Getting a call at 5 p.m. from a guy she barely knows and fulfilling his orders is actually the worst. She is not a celebrity anymore but at least she needs her beauty sleep! Or else she is gonna look like a zombie.

At least the weather is good. But when will the bitch Kiera come back? She is already turning old by taking care of Theodore for one single night.

Surprisingly, Anna didn't dress up like a weirdo today. She never took the time to wear clothes like other girls because it was just too much hassle for her to wear decent outfits. Besides, wearing a hoodie and jeans was way too easy and comfy. But after yesterday, she decided to look a bit more normal in front of this guy. No, she is not trying to impress him... It's just... just what? It's been a long since she is dressing up and the worse case is, it's for a guy to be specific. This is so confusing, Anna thought, scratching her head.

She chose a Hawaiian shirt that reached a bit higher from her waist and black jeans paired with her favorite cowboy boots. She took a glance at the cowboy hat and decided to skip it from her outfit as she planned to do a ponytail. Anyone who crossed her car today when she was driving could tell that she was looking breathtakingly gorgeous.

Anna was going to park the car but she saw Theodore in front of the building. Good, at least he has some conscience to wait for her outside.

She walked towards him. He was wearing a white shirt with its two buttons left open from the top paired with blue jeans. He wore a leather watch on his wrist matching with his leather shoes which perfectly suits his skin contrast. OMG! He looked so damn HOT.

Wait? Did he dress up today intentionally? Or is it just her delusion? But it can also be possible that he is always like this, right? Uh... who cares.

Annabelle thought she didn't care but she freaking DID care.

*I mean how can someone be this hot? Like THIS hot? *

She never gawked at anyone before let alone a handsome guy. She believes, the more a person is handsome, the more his possibility to be a playboy and cheater. But it was maybe his face that made her this sneaky peaky.... Gosh! She needs to stop this before it's too late.

As she was moving forward, Theodore started to move too, not towards her but the car door. He passed by her as if she didn't exist.

Ehh? This guy even dares to ignores her existence? This is too much! He has a nice face, but that doesn't mean she is ugly. Why does this guy make her feel like a squid every time she meets him? Urghh... This is frustrating.

Theodore opened the door of her Porsche and sat behind the driving seat as she didn't exist. He is now going to sit behind the driver's seat, huh?

*Am I, his chauffeur? *

Anna was fuming with rage. But she can do nothing. All she can do now is to follow this guy's orders. She hopped into the car and stepped into the accelerator.

"Where do you wanna go?"

"I told you on the phone."

This was the first speech she heard from him today. Okay, so this guy knows how to talk now, huh?

"You just told me to bring you to a popular café here. There are so many popular cafés in Los Angeles. I don't know which one will be good for you."

"A cafe which is quite crowded."

"Ok, got it."

Anna twitched her brows. Why does he want to go to a crowded place all of a sudden when all the people of the world prefer a peaceful cafeteria? But for some reason, she didn't want to pry further. Yesterday late at night, Kiera messaged her saying Anna needs to fulfill all of his wishes until she is back. So, all she can do now is consider his wishes as a child's tantrums.

Anna replayed her speaker as she was in the mood of listening to songs. Should she ask if he wants to listen to any song? She should, right?

"Hey....", she called out without turning her head.

Theodore was busy reading a daily portal. They posted a new column today about lung cancer. He lifted his head a bit unwillingly.

"What is it?"

"Wanna listen to some music?"

"No, just drive the car silently."

How rude! She is not his servant. She was furious. This guy, huh! She is never ever gonna ask about anything to him from now on. She added all her favorite loud band songs to the list as she was very angry.

*Huh, now I am gonna see what you will do! *

But there was no response from the other side. Their car stopped for a while in a traffic signal so Anna got a chance to glance back at him. But to her surprise, she saw that he was reading something peacefully and attentively that he didn't even realize the crazy loud rock song was playing in the background.

Anna totally gave up. She can't do anything with Theodore. He is an impossible case.

Anna took Theodore to a café where she frequently goes with Kiera. Their coffee was kind of best and the ambiance of that cafe was also good. The most important thing for her is that this café was situated in the countryside so there was less possibility for the people to recognize her. Though sometimes she faced some bad luck, the owner always helped her to get away by the exit door. The cafe was a bit crowded since it was a weekend. Theodore found a table empty and sat there and Anna captured the opposite seat. Finally, their eyes met.

"What do you wanna order?" Anna asked.

"Anything, I don't have any appetite now anyway."

Ehh? Then why did even bother to come here in the first place?

Annabelle was dumbfounded but she didn't make him realize that.

"I am gonna order cream macchiato. Should I order 2 cups?"

"I am in as long as it's edible."

Seriously? If any macchiato lover ever heard this kind of thing, they would have made sure to punch him hard.
