Vanya smiled to herself. If they couldn't find Lixiss that meant most likely Kerala found her first, and took her away. With Lixiss out of the way, Vanya felt more confident at surviving this meeting with Tasar.

In the office, Tasar and Vanya stood facing one another, she could see the fury in his eyes. She wanted to laugh at his pain, to think the woman he looked down on from the first day they were married is now standing before him as his cousin's murderer.

"Shall we get this over with?" Growing bored quickly with the staring contest, Vanya chose to break the ice.

Unfortunately, Vanya didn't expect that when she spoke Tasar would rush her and wrap his hands around her throat.

Feeling the tight squeeze of his fingers encasing her neck, and the air in her lungs become less and less. A sense of fear she never felt from Tasar took root in her heart.

Struggling to free herself from his hold, Vanya released her kinetic gifts towards the objects in Tasar office.

All the tablets, books and sharp writing materials flew towards Tasar's head.

Sensing danger Tasar activated his physical augmentation abilities to strengthen his legs and escaping the objects coming his way.

"Vanya...I have been too good to you and your daughter...for you to kill my cousin and her family...and still eat and be merry! I see that all these years I've been too soft."

"Haha...Tasar you think you have been too soft on ME! I have been too soft on you! I could have had this clan a long time ago...but because of my feeling for you, I've chosen to take the back seat. Yet, you have ever thought of me as your wife all these years, and you dare to say you have been too good to me..haha.."

"How could I consider you my wife, when you came with some else's child and tried to fool me! I wouldn't have cared if you weren't a virgin, but I expect my wives to be loyal to me!...and this doesn't give to the right to murder anyone you want especially not my cousin!"

"She annoyed me. She already had everything, did she also needed to receive the love of her husband as well. It made me sick every time I had to go over there and watch those two be all loving...Tasar, she can't have it all, she needed to sacrifice something like the rest of us. That's only fair, right? haha" Vanya loved the expression on Tasar's face.

For years after finding out she was pregnant with Lixiss, Tasar hadn't looked her way. She thought after his anger lessen he would come around as all men did.

She maintained her figure as best as she took, use beauty charms to give her face the most luring beauty, but still he ignored her. Making her feel ugly and old.

Vanya finally gets a reaction from him and it's from killing his cousin? Fine, if she couldn't gain his affections, she might as well have his hate. Vanya continued to spew tales of his cousin's death in his face. Making Tasar see red.

Charging once more at Vanya, Tasar enhanced hand strength to throw a slap across Vanya's face. He knew Vanya's gift was on the weak side, maybe that's why he didn't put up much defense and caution around her. However, this oversight of his part will lead to his defeat.

The office was full of paper flying around, and objects aiming at Tasar's head, but they didn't deter him from reaching Vanya swiftly.

Raising his hand and bring it down, Tasar didn't notice Vanya's vicious smile until it was too late.

Hovering above his head, was the bottle Vanya took from her vanity. Using the flying objects as a distraction, Vanya baited Tasar into charging at her again. Once in range, she tipped the bottle contents onto Tasar's head.

Tasar didn't notice the liquid falling on his head until he felt his body starts to convulse.

"Tasar, this is a special potion I've been waiting to use just for you. Do you know what Jinx is? Oh, judging by your facial expression I think you do, but just for my enjoyment I'll tell you anyways..." Vanya walked to behind Tasar's desk and sat in his chair. "'Jinx' is a poison especially made for those in with healing gifts. 'Jinx' will damage it's victim's body by how healthy it is. So, every time you try to heal or enhance your body, in fact, you are making it ill!.....hahaha...Tell me, how it is?"

Tasar had been trying to heal himself when he felt the poison seep into his skin, however when he heard Vanya say 'Jinx' he instantly stopped his actions.

This poison is the bane of all Fae with the gift of healing, the only way to render the poison useless it to let 'Jinx' run its course. Once it no longer has the victim's heal abilities to feed on it will die off.

Unfortunately, it also leaves the victim helpless against its opponent, as they can not use their gifts.

Tasar first reaction was to call the guards outside to secure Vanya in their jailhouse, but Vanya beat him to the punch.

Gathering all the pointy and sharp objects in the room, she held them right in front of Tasar's body.

"Oops, were you going to call for help? Well, it's going to be bad if the first thing the guards see is your body litter with holes. Do you want to rethink that option?..."

Tasar couldn't stop the hatred he was feeling towards himself at this point. How could he fall so easily into her trap?

"What do you want Vanya?"

"Mmm, not much just hand over the Udava clan... Oh! and that little minx Mikaela. You can do that for me, can't you? After all, I am your loving wife." Vanya said this as she pushed the sharp objects closer towards Tasar's body. One particular ballpoint pen pressed into Tasar's forehead.

Rage filled Tasar's body so much so that he ended up spurting out a mouth full of blood.

"Good, I think we have come to an agreement then."

Now all Vanya needed was for her brother to show up and take that Mikaela away.
