Honey : The Empire's Treasure 422 Tipsy?

"You haven't even gone through your adulthood ceremony yet and you're thinking of getting drunk?" She shook the bottle in her hand.

"No, not drunk...just tipsy." Mika muttered.

"Mikaela."

"Oh, come on. I got one for you too!" She pointed at the bottle in Saavi's hand.

"This is a school! How could you think of bring this here, this is a place of knowledge."

"….yes, and I'm studying wine." Mika presented the bottle.

"I'm throwing these out."

"What! Why?" Mika hugged the wine to her chest, avoiding her friend's out stretch hand.

"...because the last thing I need to deal with is a drunk Mikaela!" Saavi chased Mika around the room trying to get the bottle.

"Saavi, you can't take it away. Do you know what I had to do to get this...I literally had to jump through fire!"

*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*

The knocking at the door stop both of them in their game of cat and mouse, "Who is it?"

"Me….Jaonos."

"Come in." Mika removed the charms from around the room.

"Hell...o" Stepping into the room, he saw Mika standing on her bed with Saavi having a frustrated expression on her face.

"Am I interrupting something?"

"No, Saavi just reprising her role as a party pooper. " Mika shook her head and jumped off the opposite side of the bed away from Saavi, who was scowling at the bottle in her arms.

"I am not!"

"Oooh, that's some good wine you got there. Can I have some?" Jaonos gestured to the wine in Saavi's hands.

"Jaonos, we're at school…"

"So?"

"You two are unbelievable...!"

Jaonos and Mikaela looked at one another then at Saavi.

"Saavi…" Jaonos walked over and took the bottle from her arms. Unscrewing the cap, he held the bottle out towards her, "Take a sip."

"What!? No…"

���Why not?"

"….because, we are not supposed to."

"Heh, you've been with this one..." Pointing at Mika, "for her whole life, I'm sure there were a lot of things you weren't supposed to do, but you still did them."

Thinking back to all the things she and Mikaela did, put a small smile on her face. 

For instance, there was a time they decided to put shuttle batteries on hover carts and race them around the estate; Or the time, Lady Lyra wouldn't allow them any snacks, so they stole money from maids just to give it right back to them as bribes for getting them snacks.

Then, of course, there was the time they found a stash of Earth Flowers[1] from the young branch clan members. They had partaken in that activity until Lady Lyra found them and made them eat the whole batch while she recorded their embarrassing behavior.

The sad part to these occasions, is that Saavi couldn't deny that some of those things were her idea.

"Come on, Saavi let's live a little. We never know what tomorrow might bring…" Mika urged.

"….."

Two hours later, Mikaela, Saavi and Jonas were standing in front of a dress store, tipsy.

After passing by another shoppe's window in disappointment, Mika wanted to forget about shopping.

The gowns were either all excessively frilly or absurdly designed. 

These must be the leftovers, Mika thought as she closed her eyes at the sight of them.

Ugh, I need to sit down. Everything is spinning and these dresses are not helping.

Looking at her surrounding, she was trying to spot a bench or somewhere she could sit for a while, but soon notice that Saavi and Jaonos were no longer by her side.

What the…!?

Searching the area for a different reason now, she finally locate the two runaways.

Four doors down from where she was standing, Saavi and Jaonos were staring at a shoppe's window. Stumbling over, Mika turned to see what they were looking at.

"Ah! That's the dress!" She exclaimed when she laid eyes on a gorgeous midnight blue gown in the window.

The dress had a fitted turtleneck top, that flared out in soft waves of the finest silk at the bottom. Covered in crystals that made the dress look as if it was dipped in stardust, Mika fell in love.

"Okay, that's my dress."

"Yup, that's it." Jonas nodded.

"En, definitely." Saavi agreed.

Then they all walked away from the shoppe's window into the crowded street.

"Wait! Shouldn't you go buy it…?" Jaonos reminded them.

"….."

Turning around, they all staggered in through the doorway and greeted the store clerks.

However, there happen to be another person sitting inside the shoppe that greeted them first.

"It looks like my youngest sister is outside having a good time today." Lula left her seat when she saw Mika walk in.

Ugh! I'm too drunk for this…!

Mika didn't bother to pay Lula any mind as she walked to the first clerk she saw and pointed to the dress in the window, "I'll take that one."

"Would you like to try it on."

"Nope... Just pack it up!"

"Okay, one-second, please." The clerk moved towards the store window to pull the dress from the mannequin's body.

"Wait! I was here first, that dress is mine." Lula shouted out.

Realizing that the two customers were not on friendly terms and she was now caught in-between the two. The clerk looked towards her manger for help.

As Lula is going to marrying into royalty and she was the first one here, although for a different dresses, the manger saw to it to side with her.

"Pack the dress up for Miss Lula." Looking at Mika, she suggested other dresses that they have in stock.

Happy to have gotten her way, Lula gave the store clerk her wristband to pay for her clothes. The funds Prince Thallan gave her for their wedding came in handy.

As the clerk was bring the dress to Lula, Mika had the sudden urge to heave; and she did, all over the gown Lula just bought.

"My bad."

"Aaah! Yuck! Get it away from me!" Lula moved to the side holding her nose to get away from the gross sight.

The clerk was stunned, she never seen a customer do such a thing. She didn't know what to do. She wanted to toss on the floor, but she knew the dress was just purchased.

"Miss Lula, what should we do with the dress?" The clerk asked.

"Why are you asking me!? I'm not buying that dress!" Lula raged.

"….but, Miss...you just paid for the dress…"

"Refund me my money, NOW!" 

The manger stared at Lula like she was her executioner.

"That not possible, Miss Lul"

"Should I get Prince Thallan to come himself to get the funds back." Lula suggested when the manger didn't want to give the refund.

"N-No...no...that won't be necessary." The last thing the manger wanted to do was deal with the royal family.

After reimbursing the price for the dress, Lula left the store at once with all her bags.

The manger felt a pang in her heart at the lost of sale. Until she noticed Mika, Saavi and Jaonos were still in the store.

"You! You have to buy this dress. How am I going to resell this!?" She pointed in disgust at the vomit stained gown.

"Okay, no problem..." Seeing Mika wasn't disagreeing with her, the manger felt much relief. 

"...but I need a discount, there vomit on the dress."
