"Young Miss! I can't get through to Lord Tasar's comms..." Hearing Saavi's panic words, Kaze and Mika looked at each other as the same thought cross their minds. The Udava clan has been infiltrated!

"Saavi! Forget the comms and suit up now!" Food forgotten on the stove, Saavi followed behind Mika as she ran into her room.

Walking around the house, Kaze closed all windows and doors, making sure no one has snuck into the house while they were outside. After activating all the enchantments they have laid beforehand, Kaze then chose a dark corner by the front door and waited.

Mika and Saavi came back into the general room strapped with weapons, to see Kaze's silhouette in a dark corner beside the front door. Seeing Kaze has already taken his spot at the front door, Saavi ran and took her spot at the back door.

With both her sword and bow fasten to herself, Mika sat waiting for her guests to show.

Wyn and the Vlacca men stopped at the gate to Mika's residence.

"Let me do all the talking," Wyn said to the men behind him before entering the gate in a casual matter.

walking up to the door, Wyn assumed Mika and her people should be preparing to eat dinner and would be caught unaware of his intentions.

*Knock* *Knock*

"Miss Mikaela, it's me, Wyn. I have a message for you from Joanos." Making the men stand out of view of the door, so no one inside would be able to see them, Wyn waited for the door to open.

"Oh! Wyn, come in. Kaze had given Mika a report of everything that was happening outside. She knew who was at the door, and who he bought with him.

but knowing that Wyn came with unidentified men made the hairs on Mika's arms stand.

Opening the door wide, Mika stood in the half shadows so Wyn wouldn't see her weapons.

As it was Mika who opened the door and not Saavi, Wyn was happy at seeing how easy this was going to be.

"Miss Mikaela, hello. Joanos asked that you go see him for some urgent matters." Holding out his hand, he waited for Mika to grasp it so he can pull her away before her guard or personal maid shows up.

Picking up on Wyn's overbearingness, Mika could formulation what he was up to.

Noticing Mika's hesitation, Wyn reached out his hand to grab Mika's arm when she magically slipped away. He could have sworn she was within his reach...? looking at his empty hand then at Mika, who was further into the house, Wyn frowned.

"Since when has steward Wyn called young master Joanos by just his name?" Mika walked further into the house, leaving Wyn standing outside.

Realizing his plan has been seen through, Wyn dropped all pleasantries.

"Get her!" Lord Kendel's men rushed into the house.

When all the men were inside the house, Kaze firm closed the door behind them, without them even knowing he was there.

"Okay, we didn't prepare enough food to entertain everyone, so some of you are going to have to go," Mika said as she pulled her sword from her back, making it into two swords she held one in each hand.

Looking at this little girl holding twin swords in her hands, the men wanted to laugh. Did she really think they would be afraid of her!

One of the younger men in the group sped forward and threw a punch towards Mika's face. The rest of the men wanted to chuckle for the sorry little girl and her soon to be wounded pride.

"Aaaahhh!"

Before they could let out a ''Ha'', they saw their comrade on the floor clutching his right shoulder where his arm should be. Wait! That's not right! Where did his arm go!? All the men thoughts were the same, as they looked around the fallen comrade's body.

"Is this what you are looking for?" Mika kicked the separated arm in front of her, "You can have it, I don't need it..."

"....." The men stared at Mika, then the arm, then at their comrade.

What just happen!?

"My arm! Kill that b**t*h! she cut off my arm!" The man on the floor pieced together the puzzle that stumped the rest of the group.

Hearing the man's words, did they finally see the sword's blade coated in blood.

Shooked into action, all the men pulled out their swords, aiming them at Mika.

"Aaaahhh!"

Before they could even make a move towards her, another piercing scream filled the room, this time from the back though.

Looking for the source of the scream, they all turned to see one another one of their men sprawled on the floor with both his legs cut off.

"You just have to one-up me, don't cha Kaze!" Mika spoke as a man stepped out from the dark corner.

When the men saw Kaze with his Deathstalker in his hands, they all forgot about Mika presence and focus their attention on Kaze's way.

Well, isn't this sexist!? I cut off an arm, you know! Mika thought when no one paid her any mind.

"We can see who get more if you like...?" Kaze responded back as if there wasn't a group of men standing between him and Mika.

"Fine. Loser does clean up!"

"Deal."

Incense at being talked about, as if they were chicken to be slaughtered, the leader of the group shouted out his annoyance.

"Hey, you brats! You think-"

Finishing the agreement to their wager, Kaze activated his enchantments, making the whole house go pitch black.

The only thing anyone would be able the hear from Mika's residence were screams.
