Chapter 384 [Evil Spirit Masters]
"Are you sure you are fine? You do not need to force yourself," Zyan said.
"I am fine really sigh but really thank you for saving my life uncle master."
"You can't say I saved yourself in all honesty when I got there the battle was already over whoever saved you guys was quiet fast. You can’t exactly say I’m the one who saved you. But really, your body’s recovery speed is amazing. Without any help, you healed so quickly. How about I take you for another examination?”
Ouranos shook his head he was wearing his black and red sport wear he looked more comfortable in them.
"I am really fine Uncle Master honestly but there was a woman with me on the bus how is she?" Ouranos asked both walked out of the room.
"If I remember correctly, she isn’t doing too well. I heard she was sent into emergency care, but her brain.” He sighed. “Her brain’s pretty damaged and so is her spirit. I’m sorry Ouranos, but they don’t know when she’ll wake.”
Ouranos body froze in place. If he was stronger this would have never happened Big Sis Wren is a young woman why would those evil spirit masters just come and attack the train. Ouranos clenched his fits together he can't call himself powerful not at all. Not after what happened the other day he clenched his fits even tighter he let out a cough and his eyes narrowed.
"Uncle Master we must do something she is innocent!" Ouranos cried as he held on his Zyan hand.
“I must escort you to give a report on what happened first. The only eyewitnesses of the whole ordeal are you and that train conductor. Since you’re the only one in any condition to talk… After you give your statement we can go and see okay?"
"Okay."
Their footsteps echoed upon the pavement.
“I have already informed Administrator Mr. Missy of your arrival,” Laim said as he walked.
“He’s currently in a meeting, but he will come meet you as soon as it concludes.”
Even without a government position, Zyan was one of the most influential people on the continent. That Mo Wu stayed in the meeting rather than receive Zyan personally spoke volumes of its importance.
“It’s fine. I don’t want to trouble him. I’ve brought Ouranos to give his statement. Perhaps he can provide assistance in catching the criminal.”
"Please state your full name, age, school you are attending."
"Ouranos Santoro, thirteen years old, Zoken Grail Academy first grade."
Laim eyebrow raised. No wonder Zyan value this boy so much his from Zoken Grail Academy the number one school in the whole world and other planets they can't out match this school!
"Please tell us what happened?"
Ouranos told them what happened from the start to finish after he was done Laim nodded his head and he touched his beard and he looked at Ouranos for a long moment.
“So you’re the young hero who saved all those passengers during the last terrorist attack?” Respect welled in Laim heart for this brave boy. Although he had known more than most about the true hero of the last terrorist attack, namely that they came from Zoken Grail Academy, and that said academy kept the student’s identity secret, he didn’t expect to come across the hero so soon. Yet here he was, in the flesh.
"Lord Laim."
"No need for that Mr. Missy this young boy is here with helping me understand what happened."
“I have to take responsibility for this incident. It happened in my jurisdiction.”
“Nobody can blame you for what happened. Those evil spirit masters are too cunning. It won’t be easy to catch one. You’re all doing your best anyway.”
“Administrator, I’m nearly done taking his statement. This boy and the hero of the last attack are one and the same. He just happened to get involved in this incident as well.”
James eyes were bright as he studied Ouranos who stared back at him he was sitting on a chair and his eyes were dazed.
"You are the young man who saved Wren?"
Ouranos snapped out of his dazed moment and he nodded his head.
“Hello Administrator. I’m not really a hero. I’m just Ouranos.”
"No, do not say that youngsters many kids your age would have run out of fainted out of fear and I do not blame them. I want to thank you on behalf of Yren Dou City, if it wasn't for you thousands of people would have died that day. I reviewed the reports and accounts of the recent incident as well. The other carriages were cut from the ninth carriage, saving many lives. Were you the one responsible for that?”
Ouranos nodded his head.
"Once again thank you so much."
Laim read the statement out to James who frowned.
"Hell Fire Refinement?"
"Yes that's what he called it, um Administrator, is Big Sis Wren alright? She’s not in danger, is she?” His voice came out in near whimper.
Tears formed at the corner of Jame's eyes, threatening to fall. He did his best to hold back from breaking down.
“Thank you for your concern. To tell you the truth, I’m her father. You don’t have to be so formal with me. Just call me Uncle. You’ve saved her life twice already. She’d be dead if it weren’t for you.”
Ouranos's eyes went wide. He had found the administrator to look somewhat familiar, unsure of where to place his face. To hear that he was Wren's father was unexpected, but at the same time, given a better opportunity to examine the man, Ouranos was able to pick up the striking resemblance between them.
“So where’s Big Sis Wren?”
