Chapter 301 [Never Giving Up]

Thoughts looped around endlessly in Ouranos’s mind the entire day, but in the end they all focused on one thing: just how can we win? The coming tournament would be a great challenge for him. If he didn’t emerge victorious, then his status among his classmates would plummet and his reputation dragged through mud. With all eyes watching him, there was no backing down now.

A fight between ten on ten is not a bad thing but he really was hoping to have both Sage and Faith. As he sat down there he felt quiet calm and quiet but he found himself wandering around in his mind.

Ouranos decided to take a walk when he found himself at Erenay he found it strange why he would come here. He couldn't help it but look at the girl who was sitting on the balcony held a paint brush in her hands and her face was focus on the painting. Ouranos leaned over to see what she was making for a moment he found himself feeling dizzy she closed the painting.

"What's the matter aren't you ready to fight the group?"

"I am ready I want to show everyone that I didn't get the president seat my luck but because of my strength," Ouranos said as he let out a bitter sigh.

Erenay gently nodded her head she run her fingers through Tun Tun and she grabbed two jade cups and then poured her Peach Blossom Wine into the small cups and she held out one for Ouranos and one for herself. Ouranos took it and raised his cup.

"This is to us we might be bullied by other you and I have each other, I normally don't share drinks with anyone but today you can see my kindness and I shell share it with you," Erenay said and then tip her head back gently and took the sip of the wine. She licked her lips and her eyes were at daze. Ouranos finished the drink and he made a face.

"You out to get use to this I don't like people who don't know how to make good liquor speaking of which how is our liquor I told you to take."

"It's there but not ready yet."

"Um alright then let's go never giviny up has always been your cup of tea so I shell help you with something well the are two thing you may choose this dragon scroll it's technique is known as the Heaven Nine Dragon technique but it will take time for you to master, this will can take you two days to master it's called the Dragon Ghost Foot steps make your choice."

Erenay smiled and nodded her head approving of his choice.

After that Erenay helped him with the first step which took him a while to understand after he went to his home he saw Faith standing there she leaned against the wall she looked up and she made a frowning face.

"I can help you in another way as I said I am a fifth rank maker so it means with the right jade alloy I can help you make battle armor I don't want our team to lose face nor do I want to lose," Faith said her arms were gently closed her eyes were narrowed.

Zander knocked at Julius home and she opened the door and notice Zander bowing his head.

"Please help me! I beg of you!" Zander shouted as he bowed his head.

Julius frowned as she crossed her arms and she let out a bitter sigh.

"Explain why do you want my help and why should-"

"Please Julius! I beg of you I want to stand along side my friends in battle I can't! I can't just watch by and allow other to look down on out Golden Coin Freaks team so I beg you to train me!"

"You are weak and you can't get better within two days."

"I don't care as long as it's trying does it matter please."

"Fine but it won't be nice I will train you to the bones, and by the time you will understand the meaning of training," Julius said and held out her sword and she pointed at Zander between the eyes.

"I shall train you and make your team win because I want to face off your team not the other idiots," Julius said as she walked out and dragged Zander out of the training ground.

"Brother do you think this is the right thing," Harmony asked her brother as she held out her hand and ice was formed and her brother Kendrick stared at her and he stood up.

"Our team is different we have strong team members why do we follow him it's because his a good leader I don't want to lose nor does anyone want to lose so sister we shell win this no matter what for our friends," Kendrick said as he frowned yes when he first meant Ouranos he didn't like him for taking away Erenay but within a month he has shown him how he can protect her and make her smile. She isn't cold to him and treats him different he does wish that was him but he knows it's late but who says one can't bye time?

"Brother I agree with you I want to win and smash everyone's face never giving up is our clan way anyway," Harmony said and both nodded at each other and went into training.

Solomon was training he hadn't came out of his home after finding out about the competition he waved his hand around and he looked straight ahead. He can't lose no matter what he must keep on going no matter what for his friends and for the people he wants to protect no matter what he wants to protect them all!

Solomon waved his spear and pushed it forward. He saw Sage who held his sword and he smiled at him.

"Let's train together um? Let's show those fuckers what we are made of," Sage said as he held out his hand and his sword flew toward him he attack Solomon who blocked the sword and Sage attack from all sides.

"We will be training for the next three days non-stop!"

"Alright then!"

Sage released his gravity aura and he stepped forward Solomon felt his heart tremble this man is beast.

Lola was running she felt like crying she wants to become stronger for her friends and she wants to prove to them she was worth it joining the team. As she was running she let out a groan damn I am so lake for training with Sister Erenay. Lola bumped into a hard chest and she let out a scream as her bread fall out of her mouth. A large hand court her and she looked up.

It's Big Brother Dickson.

"I am sorry Brother Dickson."

"Why are you in a rush?"

"I must train I want to fight along side my friends and show them that I have never let them down."

Dickson chuckled and ruffled up her hair.

"Then work hard I am excited to see this competition."

"I won't give up that easily!" Lola shouted.

"Alright I cheer on here," Dickson said as he handed over a lollipop and Lola took it and she grinned happily and she spun around.

"Brother Dickson our team will be fighting your class so just you wait!" Lola shouted and she dashed off.

Dickson held out his hand.

"She is so small."

“Alright. I’ll help you then. Erenay has already finished the design for your hand armor. I need a piece of star silver to make it,” Faith said as she smiled at Ouranos.

"Right now?"

"It won't be easy you stupid idiot if course we need Star iron but no matter what I will be someone who doesn't give up."

The match between the first and second grade was set to take place in a week, and the representative selection tournament in three days time. With only three days, there was no telling whether she would succeed in making a battle armor part.

When Ouranos found Elder Derek office he saw him sitting there he was in his bare feet while he was drinking his beer he let out a burping sound and he cleared his throat.

"Brat I heard what happened to your class and some people in your class are fighting each other huh?"

"Yes."

"I must say that it will be worth a fight to watch burp anyway do you have guts are you sure you will win?"

"Yes we will win."

"Here this is for you."

"Star Silver. Teacher."

"Take it it's yours."

"No thanks as a blacksmith we all have pride and that's one of my own I am sorry if I want Star Silver I must earn it by myself and through my own hard work."

“What pride? Enough of that! Just accept it. Don’t let it go to waste.” Elder Derek grinned at him.

“Teacher, you’re right that I’m greedy. But that’s because I grew up poor. Even so, I can’t accept this. It’s not that I’m embarrassed to accept it. I would never feel embarrassed with you. But it’s because I’m a blacksmith!”

"Haha that's good my disciple isn't too greedy and isn't swayed by those kinds of things baba! Bahahah kid that's good anyone this master of yours is so proud of you."

"Master you trick me."

"Duh fucking idiot I did trick you."

"I think I might get your bad mouthing like master like a student!"
