Chapter 119 [Cuirid Dynasty]

“Let’s do our best, guys!”

Ouranos was the first to reach out of hand. Erenay placed her hand on top of his, before quickly grabbing Genevieve's hand so that it rested on hers. Her speed was fast but she wouldn't allow anyone to touch her hand and she won't allow a guy to do it.

Although he was an agility-type spirit master, Zander’s reaction lagged behind the rest and he was the last to join in. He glared daggers at Erenay.

“Just how much do you loathe me!”

Erenay thought it over for a moment, then flashed a smile.

“About as much as one would loathe a housefly, spiders, and other disgusting bugs, I might not see them but I still think they are that disgusting."

"DAMN YOU! I AM SO-"

"What do you want to fight me?"

Early the next morning around 4:00 a.m the kids were taken to the space station.There was another team representing the academy apart from Ouranos's group, though they were from the advanced division.

The latter team would be participating in the fifteen to twenty youths division. Ouranos spotted a couple of familiar faces among the crowd. One of them was Genevieve's older brother Edwin.To his surprise, the other one was the beautiful senior sister he met during his first day sister Josephine. But she didn't pay attention to him at all she seemed to be focused on Edwin who was smiling at her but his eyes mostly followed Erenay who was standing there. She wore a purple dress her hair was pulled back in a ponytail while she held on her cane she just stared straight ahead and she sighed.

"Tell me if you they bully you okay, and you must be careful these competitions aren't a game."

"You need to rest early don't be so arrogant and bully my friends do you understand me humph and focus on your work."

"Alright."

The academy was placing their bets on a group of nine-year-old children this time, hoping that they would showcase the city’s potential at the Sky Rose Star Tournament while also gaining the support of the city’s government.

After all, they were only ten years old. Their future was limitless.

Crowds of people and a luxurious space station assembled as the students got ready to set off together.

“Hey, why are you so late?” Kimberly jogged over to Ouranos and grabbed him by the ear.

Erenay sense were so sharp the moment she touched Ouranos ear. Erenay grabbed Kimberly hand.

"What do you think you are doing to get your hands off him," Erenay said stood protectively in front of him her voice was ice cold her eyes were full of the killing instinct she was trying to control.

Kimberly stared at Erenay she frowned for a moment but then she noticed a cane on her left hand. This girl is blind she can't see anything all she has is her hearing, smells, sense, but her sight is gone.

“Not bad! Little Junior, you’ve already become a deviant at such a young age. Who is your little girlfriend? She is so cute she will break your heart in the future," Kimberly said as she pulled her hand away and pinched Ouranos cheek.

Erenay smack her hand so hard and she hissed out.

"So what if I am his girlfriend? What if I am not my best friend and you aren't allowed to touch him."

"Little girl his my junior brother so whatever is his it's mine!"

Erenay took a step forward Ouranos pulled her backwards he leaned in and whispered something in her ear and she turned around she pouted for a moment before she walked away.

"Senior disciple sister, don’t say such nonsense.” Kimberly's voice had been particularly loud, attracting the attention of those around them like bees to honey. With the proverbial spotlight shining on him, Ouranos flushed as red as a tomato in embarrassment.

His handsome looks, coupled with his rosy-red, abashed face tempted Ouranos to pinch his cheeks.

“Wow. You’re bringing so many people with you?” Kimberly said.

"We will be in the competition," Ouranos said.

"Really but aren't you guys too young to be in the competition? That shouldn't happen, let me see you guys are only nine and let me not add one of your teammates is crippled," Kimberly said.

"So what if Erenay is crippled she is the vice captain and she is strong," Zander snapped.

"Senior Sister please don't talk ill about my friends and don't call Mo Mo crippled."

“It’s nothing much. Just that we’re also entering the junior division of the spirit master’s team competition. Do you guys still think you have a chance?”

Kimberly released her heavenly jewel ring and her mount as she stared straight at Ouranos group. Erenay was the only one who stepped forward she released her heavenly jewel ring even though Kimberly had two yellow heavenly jewel rings, and one purple heavenly jewel ring. Both girls stared at each other.

Kimberly was a fifth year and she was four years older then Ouranos but for her to be three heavenly jewel ring elders it's just too amazing.

“We’ll also be entering as a three-man team. Our goal is the top eight. There are currently thirty-six east coast cities competing in this tournament with over one hundred participants, and the first two rounds are knockout competitions. Can you guys even pass the first round?”

"Pfff, eight place don't make me life my Ano and I are planning to get first place."

"Hey what about me."

"Shut up!" Both Ouranos and Erenay yelled at Zander who pouted and huffed out these two going to be child hood sweetheart a fool who doesn't notices that is just dumb.

"Don't be so sad I will treat you in the meal if you win," Kimberly said she rubbed on Ouranos head and she leaned over and whispered in his ear.

"But you will be the number one winner in the blacksmith competition."

After that everyone walked inside the spaceship and sat down their seats. Zander sat down with Ouranos and he relaxed his body he closed his eyes reaady to fall asleep the flight to Cuirid Dynasty is a week long flight so it will be a long ride.

Du, du, du, du, du. Erenay tapped the ground she stopped walking and she glared at Zander.

"Move it."

"No way I was here first and I-"

Whoosh.

Erenay cane pointed straight at Zander and her eyes flashed.

"Move-"

"Fine fine damn it!" Erenay snapped and grabbed him by the shirt and threw him off the seat. Zander muttered she really is troublesome even with her being blind she is so mean!

When Zander went to sit with Genevieve but the next thing came was Edwin.

"'Move it I want to sit with my sister."

"You! Why are you and Erenay are so damn rude!" Zander snapped and he stormed off he sat down and he tried to relax his shoulder the next moment he saw he was sitting with Teacher Ezequiel.

Too stressed.

"Sorry teacher I won't bother-"

“Don’t stand up if you know what’s good for you.” Ezequiel’s cold voice sounded.

Bang, bang,bang, bang.

Sigh this is way too much. What the hell did he do in his past life to have this kind of life.

While Genevieve laid on her brother's shoulder she fell asleep. Ouranos and Erenay sat together. Ouranos couldn't help it but stared at Ouranos whose eyes were tightly closed she was laying against his shoulder.

Ouranos sighed lately there are times when he dreams about Erenay he hears that sound of her cane and her standing there waiting for him. Even though she is so powerful she is willing to just let him be captain not just that each dream is different.

He let out a deep breath and he shook his head. He likes when he holds her hand he feels happy and he feels like his holding someone who dear to him.
