Chapter 268 [Being Challenged]
When Ouranos ran back to the academy it took him some time as he was working and he saw Remy who was waiting for him. Remy was in the second round as he glared at Ouranos who stepped forward and he let out a sigh.
"I challenge you to fight a nine to nine fight," Remy said.
"Nine on nine what do we get out of this I refuse."
"55,000 points for each of your teammate members," Remy said with a glee look in his eyes and Ouranos frowned and he stepped forward.
"Alright then I will take you up on that challenge but if my team wins you better back off!"
"Alright you can choose the time."
"A week from now we will fight at the arena," Ouranos said.
"Alright," Remy said as he walked off.
Humph Ouranos I will make you wish you never meant me.
Remy humph let's what kind of trick you have. When Ouranos came back he let out a sigh and he took a deep breath and he let out a shout for his friends.
"What is it?" Zander said as he yawned.
"Yeah why did you call us up?" Solomon said he held on his spear he was sweating.
"Alright everyone is here I was challenged by a guy named Remy," Ouranos said.
"Why does he seek death?" Erenay muttered.
"Nine on nine, what do you think they said they will give us 55,000 points each."
"That would be great but how would we do that?" Harmony said as she crossed her arms.
"I also agree with Harmony how do we play it out, let's see there is Chance, Harmony, Solomon, Genevieve, Zander, Erenay, Kendrick, and myself that makes eight we need one person or else we won't be able to win this fight?"
"Why not ask Sage?" Solomon said.
"But would he agree?"
"Worth a try if not we can find Julius and ask her."
"But she is the president of class 2 so she won't agree."
"True we will find someone."
Erenay frowned.
"We will win this challenge being challenged is something that we need!"
Ouranos waved his friends off and then he found where Sage was he held on large sword as he moved around his sword instinct was so powerful as he released a powerful amount of aura he shot it straight forward.
"What is it?"
"Brother Sage I have a question."
"What do you want?"
"Can you fight with my team?"
Sage shook his head.
"No thanks," Sage said as he gripped his sword.
"We might be weak right now but I promise you our team will challenge you," Ouranos said. It was best to add him on his time and also on his side.
Sage threw his sword and sword instinct rushed out his body and he let out a breath and slammed his sword down.
"I will do it but in return I want you to one day forge me the strongest sword do you understand me?"
"Yes I understand."
"I will fight alongside you guys."
The next day almost everyone heard about the first grade challenge Remy group. It just breakfast but the news spread like wild fire everyone whispered and asked who would dare challenge Remy team they are so fearsome. Everyone couldn't help it. Even the first grade class wondered who was foolish enough. While they were eating Remy grinned.
"Well then I hope you understand that if you lose you must pack up and live this school."
Ouranos slammed his fork down but Erenay raised her bamboo stick.
"Remy and your team right, how about we raise the bet huh, if our team wins not only do you have to pay 55,000 but here are the spirit terms that each and everyone of us we would need to grow stronger you will pay for them, do you take the challenge."
"Whatever I take it on."
"See everyone here heard you so you can't back out now buzz off."
❄
Elder Molly heard of the rumors and she let out a sigh as she stared at Ezequiel and Norah who also heard about this challenge not to long ago if they didn't go to the dining hall or hearing students whispering they would of missed this kind of challenge.
"Well let them be if they want to challenge they can challenge but I was it to be public to the outer court students I want all the others to see my students crush the second grade team."
"Alright we will do that."

When Ouranos was back at Anderson's shop he explained what was going to happen and he said this his daughter called him about that as well. Anderson couldn't help it but shook his head coursing trouble already!
“This notebook contains everything I know about spirit refining and alloy forging.” Anderson watched as the sound of his words brought his student’s line of sight back to his own.
“I was going to wait for you to become more familiar with spirit refining before giving it to you, but it seems you’re ready."
“Honestly speaking, you’re growing faster than I ever expected. Once you reach a certain level, there wouldn’t be much I can do for you besides warning you if you ever stray down the wrong path. Never forget that your perception and efforts are crucial to advancing as a blacksmith. Take a look through the notebook when you have some time. Every blacksmith has their own forging style, so cross-reference it with both Derek’s and your own. Keep it safe and don’t lose it. I wrote some of my secret alloy formulas in there. You can’t let anyone else read it, understood?”
“Here. This is your new blacksmith’s badge.” A pleased smile formed on his lips.
Compared to Tang Wulin’s current one, which was orange in color with four yellow stars, this badge showcased five twinkling purple stars peppering a white background. It was the noble and elegant badge of a fifth-rank blacksmith.
In other words, those five stars represented a grand master blacksmith!
Ouranos couldn't help but let out a sigh many people are here for him other want to tire him down he must become stronger no matter what whatever comes his way he will take it head on.
The cool breeze spread to the rest of his body, his mind sharpening and his perception expanding from three meters in range to five. I
Although Anderosn had explained the uniqueness of the badge in simple terms, it was far from that. Tang Wulin’s strong mind and the added effects of the badge brought him to a shocking revelation: his spiritual power was now on par with those in the Spirit Sea realm.
Teacher went through all the trouble just to make this for me!
“I’ll add another star for you once you get to the sixth rank.” Anderson smiled.
“Yes.” Oruanos grinned.
“How did Elder Derek assess your blacksmith skills?”
Ouranos didn't say anything for a moment.
"He always says I am slow, or stupid, dumb honestly that old man is crazy and has a short temper I thought that my dad temper was bad but this guy temper is even worse! That's saying something!"
“His crazy! My bad. I’m not trying to insult him. I think Elder Derek is treating you like this because of how highly he values you. Therefore, his expectations are similarly high. Since you succeeded in forging an alloy, it’s clear that his teaching methods aren’t wrong.”
Anderson kept his more negative thoughts hidden. He thinks Ouranos is stupid? Are there any smart blacksmiths at all? Wait, isn’t he also insulting me then?
When Ouranos walked out he took a deep breath.
By the time he returned to his dormitory, the sun had set beyond the horizon. He didn’t head to the dining hall at once as he grew accustomed to late-night meals. By arriving later, he could avoid becoming a spectacle, the working student with a bottomless pit for a stomach.
The trees rustled in a gentle night breeze, the cool scent of evening dew filling his nostrils. Shrek Academy was marvelous. Tang Wulin had come to fall in love with this place even with his hectic cultivation schedule. He was certain that he would enjoy his time here even more if he weren’t so busy.
The working student dormitory was as spotless as usual, not a single speck of dust to be seen. Instead of returning to his own room, he paid Prince a visit.
"Hello anyone home?"
Prince opened the door he was shirtless and his hair was dripping wet.
"I heard you are challenging Remy team you have guts that guy is crazy and he plays dirty."
"So I have nine teammates."
"Really anyway what brings you here," Prince said. Ouranos walked inside without saying anything.
“Aren’t you being too cold? I only switched out one of the items from our previous agreement,” Ouranos said as he sat down and he crossed his legs as he grinned at Prince who felt like this guy was up to no good.
“It’s shameful to not keep your word and alter the conditions at the last moment.”
“I didn’t have a choice. Besides, didn’t I lower the terms for you? It was originally two spirit items but now it’s one. I’m losing out a lot as well.”
“Bullshit. The two spirit items you originally requested were both one-thousand-year, but now you want something that’s two-thousand-year. You really have the gall to say you’re taking a loss? I swear you are crazier by the second."
"Crazy come on Prince don't be like plus you will like what I have to show you," Ouranos said as he grinned happily.
"What do you have to show me?"
