Chapter 186 [Number Eight]
This was a trial of true combat, a battle between two spirit masters.
“You may begin selecting your opponents. Once you’ve made your choice, you may no longer change your mind—all selections are final. This trial’s only rule is that you are not permitted to use soul devices during battle. You have ten minutes to choose.”
"Alright you guys come with me I have a plan, I will go first, you Zander drag on the fight so that Genevieve is able to use her spiritual stove which works at night, but she will go last Erenay you will go after Zander you do the same thing okay?" Ouranos said.
"Yes."
"Alright you can choose who to fight."
“I choose number two as my opponent," Zander said as he pointed straight ahead
The student he pointed at had a slender figure that was almost certainly of an agility-type soul master.
"I chose number six," Genevieve said.
"Number eighr," Ouranos said.
Erenay stood in place.
"Four meters, right one meter, that's the person," Erenay said.
Ouranos who knew what she meant he nodded his head.
"Number five," Ouranos said.
Ouranos walked up on the arena and he looked at number eight and he let out a sigh. As the number eight girl walked her hair flowed down she wore Zoken Grail Academy uniform which was red white with tip of golden it was well designed uniform. As she stood in place she released her resonance spirit, and her warrior spirit at the same time.
Damn she has both Ice leopard and tiger this girl. Number eight ran straight forward and punched Ouranos who took the hit but blocked.
Number eight waved her hand as she used her second heavenly jewel skill which created snow all over the place she stepped straight toward at Ouranos and she looked at him and she smirked.
"You lose," she said her hands became a tiger and she waved at them. Ouranos kept on blocking the attack.
She soon vanished amidst the blizzard while the snow itself gathered into the form of a leopard that leapt into pursuit.
The students had a different assignment from that of the examinees. They were tasked with ending their battles as quickly as possible. The faster they were, the better they would be rewarded.
The girl’s second soul ring lit up. The appearance of her leopard had triggered a second drop in temperature inside the arena which served to lower the speed of Ouranos's grass even further. The leopard instantly broke through the sluggish grass and rushed Ouranos.
