Chapter 381 [Hell Fire Soul Refinement]
Her body jerked as it tried to resist the pain, agitating the wound on her shoulder. Bright red blood splattered the ground with every movement. Then the green flame fully submerged into her head and dyed it green.
After taking the backlash of his failed spiritual attack, Ouranos could do nothing but lay there on the ground and watch, helpless to save Wren.
Ouranos had overcome countless challenges since entering Zoken Grial Academy, growing stronger step by step. After defeating the Sun Rise Engineering Academy in their team battle, he finally felt like he found his place. But now, facing this sinister man, he realized just how insignificant he still was. He had barely started to walk on the path to power and didn’t understand what true strength was. He couldn’t even see the end to this man’s power.
Even so, he would stake it all to save Wren!
Held out his hand as he released his golden red heavenly jewel he pulled back his hand and threw a powerful punch straight forward. The red hooded man eyes shined brightly and flicked the attack.
Ouranos waved his hand as his three heavenly jewel appeared all powerful he used his third skill which was known as Qukin Prison. He created a qukin vine grass prison. Red hooded man found Ouranos quite annoying and sent a flying green flame straight at Ouranos who was sent flying.
But flying body was much stronger then most spirit master he waved his hand and held his newest weapon in his hand which he calls Divine Inferno Spear even though it was broken it was once known as one of the most powerful God like weapon. The spear was red silver the tip of of it was deep red as Ouranos threw the spear straight at the hooded man he dodged the attack he held out his hand as he grabbed the spear he dropped the spear on the ground.
Red hooded man threw Wren against the wall and Wren was unconscious. The man raised his left hand. Long bone spikes burst from his fingertips and rushed forward to pierce Ouranos body.
It was too late for Ouranos to back out now, so he pressed onward. The man suddenly noticed that there was something weird about Tang Wulin. His eyes shone with a golden light!
Ouranos let out a draconic roar. He slashed at the man, releasing five dark gold beams of light. With the might of Golden Dragon Shocks the Heavens supporting it, this Chaos Golden Dragon Dreadclaw became Ouranos most powerful attack!
Knowing the gap in strength between them, Ouranos hadn’t hesitated to unleash this attack. This was his only chance, and his only hope of dealing any damage to his enemy.
With how cramped the train carriage was, there was no way for Ouranos to avoid the bone spikes. However, the same held true for the man too. He couldn’t avoid Ouranos's attack either.
With a shout, a gray force barrier burst around the man.
Ouranos knew that the red hooded man’s target was him, then Wren. With Wren already wounded, all he could do was draw the man as far away as he could from her. He was confident that the government had already been alerted and had dispatched a force to take out the evil soul master. All he had to do now was survive until they arrived.
The man let out a sinister laugh as he watched Ouranos run away. He spread his arms wide, then jumped off the train to chase after Ouranos
He was swift as a bird, instantly catching up.
Starlight wrapped around Ouranos's claw. An instant later, his gauntlet appeared on his arm. Ouranos gathered his remaining his heavenly yio power and channeled it into his claw, unleashing another dreadclaw attack at the man. At the same time, countless strands of qukin vine grass shot out of his body in different directions and he used Leonel to alter his trajectory.
But before he could escape, green flames shot out and burned every single strand of grass, including the one Leonel fused with. Leonel felt as if it was electrocuted.
Ouranos felt Leonel disappear in a blaze of flame. Pain assailed his heart with its disappearance, leaving him paralyzed. He fell to the ground. A second later, the man landed on top of him.
The gap in strength was simply too great. The red hooded man had at least twelve heavenly jewel rings and a powerful resonance spirit.
Ouranos lost consciousness momentarily, but when he roused seconds later, he looked down to see five bone spikes penetrating his chest. The golden scales on his chest were nothing before the sharp spikes.
It’s over. Am I going to die? The fear of death surged into Ouranos's heart. A rueful smile crossed his lips.
Ouranos had never expected to die like this. Mom, Dad, I can’t go save you anymore. Arya, I can’t search for you anymore. I can’t become a great spirit master anymore. Erenay I can no longer hold your gentle hands and walk with you every single day.
Countless regrets ran through his mind as he stared death in the face.
"Child your death will be painful, I dislike how you ruined my plans."
"Tsk so what if I ruined your plans death or not you all have it coming, so what if I die? Someone else would have done the same thing."
Ouranos coughed out blood and he grinned happily.
"But I am grateful to think of spirit master would put high value over someone who isn't that big of a deal?"
The man hoisted Ouranos up by the spike, widening Ouranos wounds. Blood gushed out.
“Now, let me hear you scream!” He stared at Ouranos with gleeful madness in his eyes.
Raising his other hand, a moss green flame appeared in his palm and he thrust it into Ouranos forehead.
Cold invaded Ouranos's body, slowly crystallizing his blood and left him shivering uncontrollably.
Cold! It’s too cold! His very spirit felt like it was freezing, then smashed with a sledgehammer while his insides were being torn apart and sewn back together over and over. He couldn’t even let out a single scream.
Ouranos clenched his jaw tightly his eyes were slowly closing so cold ah so cold!
