Who Moved My Mountain Chapter 31 part2

Yun Rong only felt she was hugged by a familiar presence and snuggled into Lu He Nian's embrace, sticking her small face into his neck and issued a comfortable sigh.

Lu He Nian stiffened all over, the temperature of her breath on his neck felt like lava, melting his heart. He was stunned and in his heart, rose a trace of inexplicable itch. 

He paused for a few seconds and pressed the peculiar feeling in his heart down. Then he very carefully placed the young lady on the bed and covered her with the quilt. Only after this was he able to let out his breath.

Just a few tens of seconds passed, yet his back already had a layer of sweat on it. It was more tiring than speaking at a major international event. Lu He Nian raised the corner of his mouth when he saw her rolling in the quilt, exposing a pampering smile.

Downstairs, Wan Bo ran inside the hotel in a hurry. When he reached the reception desk, he asked: "Hello, may I know in which room number is Miss Yun Rong staying at?"

Gou Da Qing was sitting behind the reception desk. When he heard Wan Bo he immediately raised his head. Just now when he saw the director and Senior Yun Rong got in, he already told the person on duty to take a break and he sat behind the reception desk by himself. In this way, when the director came down, he could receive his, Gou Da Qing's, outstanding and passionate service.  

Hearing Wan Bo's voice, he blankly spoke: "Excuse me, who are you looking for?"

"Yun Rong!" Wan Bo was anxious ah. Remembering that it was caught in the river bank, he recalled the White Bone Spirit. The whole body was full of fish meat and fishy smell. Fish comes from water, so was there any connection between the current mirror demon and the previous White Bone Spirit?

"Miss Yun and I have made an appointment, you can directly tell me which floor and I'll go up by myself."

What's wrong with Senior Yun ah? Isn't she together with the director in her room? How did she also make an appointment with another man? Gou Da Qing glanced at the clock on the wall, only half an hour has passed. If this man goes up and disturbs the director and Senior Yun, then what?

"Are you listening to me?" Wan Bo shook his hand in front of Gou Daqing.

Gou Daqing snapped out of his thought and replied promptly: "How do you do, sir. Now the time is already quite late, for the security of our guests, I will personally accompany you to go up."

Wan Bo stared blankly before nodding quickly: "That's ok ah, can we go faster? I have an urgent matter!"

Gou Daqing seemed to have not heard the urgency in Wan Bo's voice. He walked ahead to lead the way while pondering whether the director and Senior Yun had finished. If they met by accident and the director got angry, then could he still preserve his job in the future ah?

Gou Daqing had a momentary headache. When they almost reached the elevator, he turned: "Sir, our hotel's elevator happens to be broken. Troubling you to follow me to the staircase on this side."

Director ah, I could only help you until here. If we knock on the door and happen to meet by accident, don't blame me ah!

The elevator is broken? Wan Bo hesitated for a bit, "Just now I saw someone coming out ah?"

"Yes it's broken, can only go down, cannot go up." Gou Daqing smiled and spoke without changing his face.

Wan Bo felt something was wrong, but his mind was full of the mirror demon matter so he didn't think much and immediately followed behind Gou Daqing. The presidential suite where Yun Rong was staying was at the top floor, that was the 22nd floor. 

When they had climbed to the 10th floor, Wan Bo started to feel that he was not as strong as he thought. He supported himself with his hands on the handrail and asked: "How many more floors ah?"

"There are 12 more floors. Guest……. Please hang on for a while, we will arrive soon." Gou Da Qing also felt uncomfortable ah, it was, of course, hot in the summer. Although he was in human form, the hair on his skin was real. If not because there were outsiders, he would have stuck his tongue out.

He thought and thought and felt touched, he had actually invested a lot for the director. Where could anyone find this kind of outstanding employee?

"Still 12 more floors?" Wan Bo had not yet taken a step and his face suddenly turned green. 

And so when one person and one demon finally climbed up to the top floor, they both were already panting for breath. Both of them couldn't help holding onto the wall to support themselves and walked slowly step by step to Yun Rong's room's door. 

15 minutes had already passed, Gou Da Qing felt he had strived his hardest. Once they reached Yun Rong's room, Wan Bo immediately rang the doorbell.  Not long after, Lu He Nian opened the door.

"He Nian, I'm here to bring the mirror demon……. back." Wan Bo spoke quickly, his breath still uneven.

"What's wrong with you two?" Lu He Nian saw that the two people were gasping for breath and asked while frowning.

Wan Bo replied: "The elevator is broken. We climbed up the stairs." He looked inside the room and asked: "Where's Senior Yun Rong?"

"She's asleep. The mirror demon is already tied up, I'll take it and give it to you." Lu He Nian calmly turned to a corner and raised a half-transparent object. 

Just now Wan Bo wanted to enter the room, but Lu He Nian stuffed the mirror demon into his bosom. He subconsciously hugged it in his arms before looking at the stuff in his embrace clearly. He was so frightened he almost dropped the mirror demon. Finally, he moved and carried it in his hand and asked worriedly: "There won't be a problem just taking it home like this, right?" He was alone and he wasn't sure he could handle it by himself.

"No problem, Yun Rong has strengthened the bind." Lu He Nian replied. Then he continued: "If there's nothing else, quickly go back."

Wan Bo scratched his head, feeling that Lu He Nian's attitude was a little weird. Why is he intentionally obstructing the door? Why did he feel that he wanted him to quickly leave?
