Yun Rong felt her heart beat faster and subconsciously covered her chest and turned her head around. She recalled, a long time ago someone told her the humans were emotional. They were fond of using handsome men and beautiful women to seduce gods and goddesses. It was important to stay away from people like this. Because once their heart was moved, they could be ruthlessly abandoned.  

Thinking this way, Yun Rong glared at Lu He Nian. She didn't expect that the director was actually such a scheming human. It looked like next time she must not be swayed and make a mistake by his good looks! 

Lu He Nian: ……. Don't understand why she suddenly glared at me.

Wan Bo returned to the special office and locked the bones of the White Bone Spirit in the warehouse. After sealing it with a talisman, he called his teacher Master Zhang, who was currently abroad to take part in an international metaphysics exchange. When the call was connected, it was exactly at lunch time.  

"Master, the White Bone Spirit's soul has been scattered. I brought the bones back and sealed it for safekeeping. You can check it when you return."

After listening to the words of his apprentice, Master Zhang was a bit startled. Master Zhang was annoyed when this was mentioned. "Each and every one was frightened and their bones become soft when they see ghosts. Going to the monster's home to do general survey, and they tremble from head to toe. Making our special office lose face!"

"They are still young, train them for a few yearsand it should be good. Luckily our Haishi is safe and peaceful." Wan Bo had a good temper and comforted his Master while laughing.

"But if something happened this time, there really isn't anyone who can be of use." Master Zhang sighed. "He Nian is still better than them, he could still be used to scare ordinary demons." 

Lu He Nian carried an inauspicious aura in his body. Ordinary demons were afraid of him, but powerful demons wanted to swallow him.

The Senior Wu mentioned by Wan Bo was the capital special house's resident staff, a thousand years old tortoise.

Last night Yun Rong had already agreed with Lu He Nian, so the next day she formally started her working life at Lu Corporation. At eight in the morning, Lu He Nian personally came to pick her up. When they reached the office downstairs, while opening his seat belt, he asked, "Have you remembered the route?"

"Remembered." Yun Rong nodded. She knew that today the director picked her up to let her remember the way. Next time, she had to go to the office by herself. She had already memorized the whole journey.

So many important things have been mentioned in this chapter… but the most important of all is, Lu He Nian has been pinned with the crime of being a goddess' seducer because of his good looks!! 😂😂

Also, I lowkey wonder, even if she got in through her connections, did they not even ask for her CV? Bank account? quite unprofessional for such an outstanding corporation… then again, I guess it's the future wife of the boss so it should be okay?
