Who Moved My Mountain Chapter 31 part1

Lu He Nian gripped the steering wheel tightly but in the end, he didn't ask her anything. Turning his head, he looked at Yun Rong with slight doubt in his pupils and spoke: "What do you think? What would you do if you like someone?"

"Me?" Yun Rong pondered seriously before speaking: "If I like someone, I will immediately tell him. I will give all the best things under the sky to him. If he is also interested in me, I will not disappoint him. If he isn't interested in me, I also will not entangle him. I will strive hard with a clear conscience." 

The young lady's voice wasn't loud, yet it was exceptionally clear and pleasant to listen to. It didn't just fall into Lu He Nian's ears, it also entered his heart. He couldn't help looking at Yun Rong, but could only catch sight of her smooth chin and black-as-crow-feathers eyelashes. Even at night, it was so clear and eye-catching.

Yun Rong didn't hear Lu He Nian's reply after a long time, and turned her head to see- Her sight bumped into a pair of serene and deep eyes. In this pair of eyes, there seemed to be a thick fog that couldn't be dispersed, trapping anyone who looked into them.

"Second brother?"

Lu He Nian snapped out of his reverie. He paused before he spoke while smiling: "What you said is correct. I also think this way."

Yun Rong was very happy that what she felt was approved by Lu He Nian. She reached her hand out and patted his shoulder and said: "Second brother, don't worry, you will definitely find a girl who suits you." 

That appearance, she looked like a senior patting the shoulder of a junior.

Looking at the young lady's smiling expression, the brooding feeling Lu He Nian had just now disappeared without a trace. He gritted his teeth and spoke: "You also wish to find a man like that?"

"In a person's life, there are going to be many things to try. If fate comes, one is unable to obstruct ah." Yun Rong replied without thinking. She had never encountered human romance and felt it would be very fun.

Lu He Nian felt his stomach was uncomfortable, his head also started to feel uncomfortable. But seeing the young lady's innocent appearance, he unexpectedly couldn't let out his anger. After thinking for a bit, he spoke seriously: "Your age is still young, so you don't understand. Men nowadays are very bad, they especially like to deceive young ladies like you. Don't think that if a person treats you well means that person is sincere. The human heart is the hardest to fathom!"

"My age is not small." Yun Rong muttered this sentence, then boldly and confidently said: "Besides, they cannot defeat me!"

Lu He Nian felt he would die from anger by this young lady. He frowned and said: "I know you can fight, but on that first day, didn't you get cheated and worked at the clubhouse? Sometimes men's tricks can be innumerable and hard for you to detect."

Yun Rong heard Lu He Nian's solemn tone and widened her eyes. What he said makes sense, on that day, she really was deceived by Liu Wei. The human males were indeed very bad. 

But Lu He Nian is also a man ah, isn't this like scolding himself?

Yun Rong replied: "Second brother, you are also a man. Don't tell me you also want to deceive me? What do you want to deceive me out of?"

Lu He Nian laughed with anger. He was unable to hold himself back from reaching his hand and pinched the young lady's face. Then he spoke in a low voice: "What do you think I want to cheat you out of?" Since he met her, he had wanted to treat her unconditionally. In his 30 years of life, this was the first time that he was so good towards a female. He himself didn't understand what he was looking for!

Yun Rong was stunned, she had never seen Lu He Nian behaving this aggressive before. She subconsciously pulled her neck back and stopped his hand with hers. She weakly spoke: "I know second brother treats me sincerely and has no design on me!"

The young lady's voice was soft and sweet, causing the bit of anger in Lu He Nian's heart to disappear in an instant. A warm sensation could be felt from the hand that she was holding and it tingled. He uncomfortably retracted his hand and spoke in a deep voice: "We will soon arrive, sit properly!"

The car quickly arrived at Haijing Hotel. As Wan Bo hadn't arrived, Lu He Nian and Yun Rong waited at the hotel room. Gou Daqing happened to be in today's evening shift and as he hurriedly clocked in for his shift, he caught sight of the two people's back view entering the elevator. 

He hesitated for a bit and stopped walking. Although it's not the first time that the boss comes to the hotel, he, as the manager, would be impolite not to receive him. However, he felt that if he moved forward at this time, it's possible that his boot-licking may not work, he might even shoot his own foot.

As a quick-witted ingenious dog, his biggest ability was having great eyesight!

Possibly due to the many things happening tonight, or perhaps because it was too boring, Yun Rong watched a bit of TV and fell asleep before Wan Bo arrived. 

Lu He Nian felt something heavy on his shoulder and turned his head to see the young lady's fragrant head lying on his shoulder. From the side, he could only see her long eyelashes hung down meekly, softly trembling just like a butterfly spreading its wings wishing to fly. 

With her eyes closed, she appeared like a fairy falling into the mundane world. Lu He Nian's heart fell, his fingers moved slightly and silently behind. He lightly moved his shoulder and kept the young lady steadily supported with his hand. 

"En……." when her position was moved, Yun Rong wrinkled her nose and issued a dissatisfied hum. 

Lu He Nian instantly paused and exclaimed in his heart. Seeing that the young lady didn't react, he released his breath and hugged her up, wanting to carry her to sleep on the bed.
