From small to big, Lu He Nian couldn't remember how many people said he was smart, yet his heart never wavered. However, met with the young lady's gleaming eyes gazing at him, his mood became indescribably cheerful.
His lips curved and he spoke: "You can ask me if you can't understand something later."
"Second brother, you really are a good person!"Yun Rong didn't expect that Lu He Nian would not dislike her, this uncultured personnel, and instead was willing to teach her. She suddenly felt that his figure became really tall1. She was all smiles as she grabbed his arm and swayed it back and forth.
Lu He Nian was just wearing a shirt without a suit jacket. When the young lady's hand grabbed him, a distinctly warm feeling spread over him. An unnatural light flashed in his face, nevertheless he didn't pull out from her hold.
"It's late, let's go to my house," he said softly.
Yun Rong nodded and went inside the room to change before following after Lu He Nian.
In the Lu residence, Jiang Shu Hua had instructed the kitchen to prepare a few more good dishes. She had also let the housekeeper to specially go and buy snacks that young ladies like to nibble on. In the residence, only Gu Yuan Yuan ate snacks. Thus, there weren't that many snacks in the house.
On the sofa, Jiang Yan was eating potato chips and laughingly said: "Great aunt, is second uncle returning home tonight?"
Jiang Yan was the grandson of Jiang Shu Hua's older brother. When he was young, he stayed in the Lu residence for a few years. Due to this relationship, he called Lu He Nian second uncle.
"Returning, I just hung up the phone with him. He'll arrive very soon." Jiang Shu Hua nodded, "Today you also don't go first, it's been a while since you saw your second uncle, right? Just perfect, you two can chat about old times."
Jiang Yan contracted his neck after hearing that and replied: "I better not." The age difference between him and Lu He Nian was 7 years. Before he finished speaking, a cold voice sounded from the doorway, "Your older cousin said already, you can intern in my office for half a year so I can train you well."
When Jiang Yan heard, he jumped out of the sofa in fright. With a bitter face he called out: "Second uncle, I'm only 23 years old!"
Lu He Nian ignored him and directly led Yun Rong to Jiang Shu Hua, "Ma, this is Yun Rong." Then he turned his head towards Yun Rong to say: "This is my mother."
"Hello, auntie." In the car, Yun Rong had already worriedly asked how to address her and now greeted her while smiling.
Jiang Shu Hua heard from Lu Hua Nian that it was a young lady who looked as beautiful as a movie star. In her heart she thought, although young, she should still be around 20 years old.
