One night with the Prince 81 Let's Party

Prince Alex had a good night's sleep for the first time since he arrived at Capital. He excitedly got up and began preparing for his visit to the White House, for some odd reason he felt more energetic that morning. It was like there was something unusual waiting for him at his destination.

He was humming a tune as he took a shower and Pierre who was preparing his clothes for this outing had a smile spread across on his lips then he began humming as well.

🎶 "It's a beautiful night... We're looking for something dumb to do...!" 🎶

🎶 " Hmmm, Hmmm, la, la, l I think I want to marry you!"🎶

'Whatever it is that young Mr. Grant had told you yesterday, it must have been something good, and I can't wait to find out what it is.' Pierre thought as he happily picked dashing clothes for him to wear.

Daniel came to visit him the day before to invite him for a tour of the White House. Prince Alex was informed that a group from the Philippines with a CEO and his newly wedded wife was among them, and it would be good to do some networking for his Country.

Prince Alex asked the name of the CEO then he realized that it was the same guy from the wedding he had attended back in the Philippines. He recollected the beautiful bride and his playboy hormones kicked in, and he was looking forward to seeing that beautiful face once again. Prince Alex had totally forgotten his sorrow and the person he had been looking for, 'Miss Alexa Grant' unbeknownst to him, would be present when he arrived at his destination.

President Grant had the first session that morning, and he quickly finished it so that he would have breakfast with his beautiful daughter. He missed seeing Alexa's young, energetic, smiling face. Ever since she arrived at the White House, President Grant had been in an excellent mood, and he always had a smile plastered on his handsome face, which made him look much younger.

He called for his assistant to find out what his agenda for the day was, and if there was nothing urgent, he wanted everything canceled. "I want you to clear my schedule today; I want to spend some time with my family, can you do that?" he asked as he was preparing to go back to the Private Residence of the First Family.

"Today, you have a meeting at 10:00 a.m. with the Senator of Delaware, at 11:00 you have..." The assistant was not able to finish reciting the rest of the schedule for he was speaking to himself. President Grant had already walked out of the Oval Office and was on his way to the Private Resident.

The Assistant quickly gathered all his belongings and rushed to follow the President. He was almost out of breath by the time he reached him at the threshold of the Private Residence. It was right in front of a group of people, and they all had their eyes wide open and gawking at him.

",*Ahem! Ahem* Excuse me! Are you all coming in or going out?" President Grant asked with a stern look on his distinguished looking face.

"Oh, my God! It's the President!" Lea exclaimed so loud that you could hear the excitement in her voice.

"Hmmm, where? Oh! Do you mean me?" The President pointed in himself as he spoke directly to Lea, who was still dumbfounded about seeing the President of The United States of America in person.

"Good morning, everyone! Why don't we go in so that we can all get to know each other?" President Grant announced to the group who were all still stunned and unable to utter any words.

One by one, the IAMAC group parted to make way for President Grant to enter first, followed by Daniel and Alexa, then Jeff and Ann, Ethan and Eva, Lea and Ronald followed by the President's Assistant then Ria and Daniel's Assistant. The rest had to stay out to stand guard by the door, including Logan and Lucas.

Once inside the Parlor, Daniel made a quick introduction of everyone to his father. When he looked around, he didn't see First Lady Dianne, who was supposed to be waiting for them to welcome the group. 'Typical of my mother, as always she has disappeared even though she had promised to be here.' Daniel thought while shaking his head.

"Ladies and Gentlemen! Why don't we all go to the garden where a banquet has been set up?! After lunch, we can go and take the tour of the White House." Daniel announced to everyone.

The double door opened, and everyone was ushered in towards a beautiful setting outside in a wonderful garden that many of them had never seen before. The White House representative arranged a simple barbeque setting with the typical American food. It was like the 4th of July at the White House, to give out a more traditional American family get-together.

President Grant was proud of the setting as they walked into the Garden. He, at that point, had a full smile plastered on his face as he led the group. Once they were outside, he made another speech. "Welcome! Everyone, hope you all enjoy the American hospitality?!" He proudly announced

Alexa was looking for her two bodyguards. When she didn't spot them after the door shut, she pulled her brother's sleeve to get his attention. Daniel turned his attention to his sister. Curiosity was visible in his eyes.

"What's up? Something wrong?" Daniel asked, in almost a whisper.

"I have a favor to ask; you think you can help me?"

"Sure! Tell me, and I'll do my best! If I can't, you know who else would give the world to you! Right?" Daniel pointed towards their father, the President with his pouted lips. President Grant, who was having a conversation with CEO Jeff Go had no clue that he was being dragged into a conversation he knew nothing about.

Alexa informed her brother about her requests; then Daniel nodded in agreement to her requests. "Alright! I'll take care of it, go and mingle with your new found friends. It's not proper for the host to stand in a corner." After that, Daniel pushed her to have a chat with the ladies from IAMAC then he motioned to his assistant to come to him, and then he gave him the order. [Whatever Alexa might have asked of him.]

Alexa shyly walked towards Ann, Eva, and Lea by the refreshments area. "Hi! Thank you all for coming, you all don't know how happy I am that you all did not return to the Philippines earlier."

Ann patted her hand and smiled sweetly before replying. "I would not miss this for the world. We should be the ones thanking you for inviting us here, and for this..." She waved her hands towards the whole set up. "It has been beautifully done. It is perfect!"

"Oh! I don't even have anything to do with all of this. It's my older brother Daniel who has done all this." She blurted out without thinking.

Ann and Eva caught Alexa's words in a heartbeat, whereas Lea was too excited to comprehend what was going on. Ann and Eva gave each other meaningful glances and smiled with understanding.

"It does not matter if it's you or Mr. Grant, it's lovely, and we thank you! Since you represent the Grant family and I represent the Go and Wen family, let me hug you in appreciation." After her speech, Ann embraced Alexa Grant with care. [Not knowing they are related to one another.]

Everyone was enjoying themselves while having cocktails. They were all waiting for the barbeque to be ready.

Suddenly the door opened, and First Lady Dianne arrived with her group. Next to her was Jane Si, along with Lady Lucy Le Grand and Ramon Le Grand... And right behind her was... Prince Alex. And Pierre followed by... None other than, Grandmother Santos and Andrea Santos...
