One night with the Prince 112 Preparing for the Future

Daniel went back home after making sure that Alexa was situated. He was leaving Logan, Lucas, and Ria to take care of her. Once he was back at the White House, he requested from his father to give him a post at the American Embassy at the Spaniard Kingdom to be near Alexa and be able to keep an eye of her the whole time.

President Grant thought it's a good idea and arranged for Daniel to become one of the consulates at the American Embassy. It would also help in his career as a politician when the time comes to run for office. However, when First Lady Dianne learned about it, she became hysterical and inconsolable. She doesn't agree with the idea of Daniel moving to another Country, but there's nothing she could do about the whole matter.

"Huh, huh, huh... Why do you need to go so far? You could help your father here, and I could see you every day. Huh, huh, huh!"

Daniel felt a twinge of pain in his heart from seeing his mother devastated. Unfortunately, his mind was made up, and the decision was made. He also needed to stay away from the First Lady for a while before he began hating her for what she had done to his half-sister. He bows to himself that he would do everything in his power to make up for everything and to protect Alexa with his life.

A month later, Daniel and his details were back at the Spaniard Kingdom. A decision was made that instead of Alexa living with the Garcia, that it would be better if they purchased a home for the siblings and lived together for safety purposes and away from Dr. Garcia's frying eye.

For some odd reason, Dr. Garcia was thrilled to hear that Alexa would not be in close contact with his wife 24/7. He quickly helped the siblings find a small villa and did everything in his power to make the transaction as fast as he could. Ms. Garcia, on the other hand, was sad when she was informed of the changes in lodging. However, she was happy enough that she would be in close contact with Alexa daily, and that was good enough for her.

Everything was set for the sibling, in a matter of a couple of weeks they had fully settled in their new home, and they started their new life at The Spaniard Kingdom. Unknown to them that a surprise was on the way and Alexa would be thrilled when it happened.

President Grant decided that Andrea was innocent and should not get punished along with her grandmother. Therefore, President Grant decided to help Andrea by letting her live with Alexa and Daniel. And at the same time, he sponsored Andrea to be able to attend college with Alexa to further her education and be a friend and companion for his Princess.

Meanwhile, Grandmother Santos suddenly becomes missing in action once she came back to the Philippines. With all the money she received from President Grant's Assistant Aid, she quickly purchased a home in the province and lived a simple, quiet life to atone for the wicked deed she had done in the past and also to hide from the First Lady in case she decided to pursue her.

"OMG!!!" Alexa was jumping for joy while tears were flowing down from her eyes when she arrived. It was a surprise when she came home from her long day of training to see a familiar face seating at the sofa reading book. She quickly ran towards her cousin who met her halfway through and hugged her as tight as she could.

Alexa wanted to make sure that is was not a dream. As if, it wasn't enough. She showered Andrea with kisses while tears still flowing down her beautiful face. "I can't believe it that you're here?! Please, don't tell me that you're only visiting... I can't accept that!" Alexa asked anxiously.

Andrea who's still ashamed of what her grandmother had done, and couldn't look at Alexa in her eyes. She just continued embracing her beloved cousin and cried along with her. After what it seems to be an eternity, Daniel couldn't hold it any longer and separated the two.

"You guys could stop this now, what's important is that you're now together. I have just spoken with Father, and he informed me that Andrea would be living with us now and would go to the same University as you. It means she's here for good. Would that make you stop crying now?" Daniel calmly told his sister.

Alexa couldn't contain her happiness and hugged both her brother and Andrea together. "Yes!!!!" She shouted, and the trio began dancing around in a circle.

Alexa was settling with her new life, and the first day of school arrived. For Alexa's detail to be inconspicuous, the twins arranged to change weekly with their post while Ria ends up taking some classes to be able to sit in the same courses with Alexa. Andrea, on the other hand, has only core subject with Alexa. Her field of study was in Fashion Design and Business Management in which was chosen to benefit Alexa in the future.

The faculty knows of Alexa's family background that she's part of the First Family. What they don't know of was her actual relationship with the President Of The United States of America. Knowing she's related was good enough credential to enter the University.

The University was full of high profile students, from Royal family to children of a tycoon, to children of President of another country like herself. High profile bodyguards where all over Campus, therefore it was not an issue for the twins to mingle.

Daniel had made sure that Alexa does not attract too many bees. Therefore, he asked Andrea to dress Alexa as simple as she could be and disguised her and make her look dull and ugly. Andrea was against it a first, but when Daniel reasoned with Andrea, she caves in and done exactly what he asked.

The beautiful Alexa becomes a plain Jane with rimmed glasses and a two pigtail on her hair. For her clothing, Ria made her wore a Jumper and a baggy long sleeve shirt to hide her figure. Paired up with matching boots that made her looks like a country bumpkin. The whole ensemble made everyone crack up laughing once they got a good look at her when she was done.

"Don't you look... Hahaha! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Daniel continued apologizing to Alexa, and he couldn't contain himself from laughing out loud.

Andrea thought that Alexa was cute and began taking pictures. "For your portfolio." She banters at Alexa who's standing like a future beauty queen.

Alexa doesn't mind at all what she looks like, and she was not going to college to be a beauty queen, she's going there to be educated and to prepare for her future. Therefore, she was happy to go along and went to school looking like a step-child instead of an heiress that she is...
