Chapter 17: Better Practice Support Well!

Along the banks of the Qing River, at the street food stalls.

Since they were just students, there’s no reason to go to a fancy restaurant. Besides, it’s quite an enjoyment at this time of the year to sit near the river, eating good food and having some drinks.

“Ah, the beautiful Yang Qian Qian’s here too,” Zhong Xiaoyun surprisingly looked at the beauty sitting with them.

“Can’t I?” Yang Qian Qian asked in reply.

“You can, sure you can! !” Before Zhong Xiaoyun could say a thing, a bunch of excited boys shouted. They all wished that they could be the one who sat next to her.

Fang Xiaomei stared at those perverts and kept Yang Qian Qian next to her. Though Yang wasn’t from room 8, she knew Fang well and all the boys came to know her through Fang.

Certainly, Yu Luocheng was an exception. He had never talked with this famous girl.

“Come, let’s all have a drink together! !”

“Cheers!”

With the help of good food and alcohol, everyone was getting even more lively and talking about the game that just finished.

Yu Luocheng was a transfer student and only knew his deskmate Wang Qin well. But this game and late night feast had pulled him closer to his other classmates.

Yu Luocheng couldn’t help thinking back to his earlier days, when he had a group of good buddies who spent long hours at an internet cafe together, eating instant noodles and flirting with girls. It’s too bad that they all left one by one without anyone noticing and he had turned into a senior, no longer able to be as carefree as before.

After eating, though they all wished to continue the fun, the girls had to go home early. So they all went their own ways.

“Yang Qian Qian, let me take you home?” Wang Qin was the first one to run to her as everyone’s leaving.

“Don’t need to. We are not heading in the same direction.” Yang Qian Qian said.

“I’m going the same way!”

To Wang Qin, to see the beauty home, even the opposite directions would be on the way!

Yang Qian Qian looking at Wang Qin and chuckled.

“Go back to your dorm. Don’t think that I don’t know you’re a boarding student.” Yang Qian Qian quickly exposed his lie.

“Uh…… I’m going to my aunt’s house.” Wang Qin spoke somewhat lamely.

Yang Qian Qian stopped paying any attention to Wang Qin, instead, she glanced at Yu Luocheng who was waiting for the bus. She asked, “Which one are you waiting for?”

“I’m not waiting for the bus. I live nearby.” Yu answered.

“The other side of the river?” Yang pointed to the other end of the bridge.

“How do you know?” Yu Luocheng responded, startled.

“I live close to there too. Haven’t you seen me when you go to school? I have seen you several times.” Yang smiled and said.

“Oh, oh. I never noticed.” Yu replied.

Wang Qin, standing right next to them, wanted to choke Yu; don’t you know how to talk!

“Let’s go. We are going the same direction.” Yang Qian Qian smoothed out her wind-blown hair and calmly said.

Wang Qin was heartbroken when he heard this.

He offered to see the beauty home and was refused. Yu Luocheng didn’t even say anything and got the chance to walk her home!

That didn’t make any sense.

This time he had truly invited a wolf into the chicken coop. He had noticed that when they were eating, Yang Qian Qian had looked at Yu Luocheng in a unusual way.

Wang Qin bitterly resented the fact that he didn’t play more Blitzcrank before. If he knew Yang liked to play support, he would have played a champion which was good at support and not have played Annie that little girl.

Ah, don’t go with that sob. I know how to play support, too; I will support you with Annie! !

“She’s really going with him!” Watching the two left, Wang Qin came to a painful realization.

He has to practice support well in the future!

Yu Luocheng thought Yang was just joking with him. When she walked onto the bridge with him, Yu finally came to the realization that he was really on the same way with this long legged goddess.

The two walked on the bridge under the hazy street lights. Yu was half a head taller than Yang. Their shadows, walking side by side, were stretched long by the light. It looked like a pair of young lovers strolling on the bridge.

“You play often?” Yang turned to asked.

“Sometimes.” Yu wasn’t a talkative person. He knew he should start some conversation with her, but simply didn’t know what to say.

“You became so good at it just by playing sometimes?” Yang said.

“Haha, there’s talent in playing games.” Yu laughed.

“Come on, you probably stay up every night to play. Look at the black circles under your eyes.” Yang rolled her eyes, refusing to believe what Yu had said.

“Alright, you guessed right. Usually, after my parents have gone to bed, I will get up to play a few rounds. Most of my weekends is spent playing too.” Yu answered.

“Then, do you have time tomorrow?” Yang asked.

“I’m busy tomorrow.” Yu replied without thinking.

Every weekend, Yu had to play ranked matches; he really didn’t have time for anything else.

If Wang Qin were there, he wouldn’t just choke Yu but cut him into pieces!

The goddess asked you whether you have time, you had to make time for her even if you’re busy. This was the same logic as whether you’re on the same way or not. Kapish?

“Let me ask you again. Are you free tomorrow?” Yang Qian Qian looked Yu in his eyes and spoke, pretending to be angry.

Yang Qian Qian not only had a good figure, she’s good looking too. When she pretended to be angry, with her cheeks puffed up, she looked even cuter, not threatening at all.

Yu Luocheng was supposed to tell her that he didn’t have time tomorrow, but what came out of his mouth was, “Sure, I’m free. It’s the weekend, what else can I do.”

Yang Qian Qian was satisfied with his answer and smiled again. “Then let me play with you tomorrow. I like to play ADC and you’re good at support, tomorrow I can have a good field day.”

“No problem. I guarantee that you’ll be like a queen!” Yu promised like a courageous knight.

“Then, that settles it.” Yang smiling said.

“En.”

“What’s your number?”

“I don’t have cell phone. You can call my house.”

“Ok.”
