Undefeatable - League of Legends Chapter 54

Team Scarlet was in a crisis. It hadn't been wise for them to start a team fight in this location. They'd even allowed Sona to deal such a pivotal blow, which could very well turn the tables against them!

Stunned as they were, they wouldn't be able to get out of the way before Fiddlesticks popped in, which meant they would all suffer grievous harm—just in time for Katarina to come in and finish them all off!

As everyone was Stunned and in abject despair, good ol' Alistar gave a mighty roar! With his Unbreakable Will, he threw off the Stun effect!

"I've got Zhonya's, now. I'll use it the moment I arrive. We'll see how you'll Headbutt me this time!" Zhao Shuxin chortled with glee.

'You think just because you've got a mark on me, that means I'll be at your mercy forever? This time, you're all done for!' Zhao Shuxin's face was contorted into a manic expression.

Bamf!

Flash! Suddenly, Alistar's massive girth vanished from the cramped confines of the jungle path, and re-appeared on the other side of the wall, next to the tower!

Headbutt!

Bolstered by his Unbreakable Will, Alistar slammed into Fiddlesticks just before he vanished, driving his horns into his enemy with all his might!

Fiddlesticks, right on the very cusp of starting his attack, was instead sent flying in the opposite direction, and came down skittering across the steps that led up to his base.

Never even completing his spell, instead of a dark storm of black crows, his head was wreathed with the wheeling golden stars of a Stun effect for half a second!

Fiddlesticks's ulti had been cut off while it had still been Channeling 1 !

"Oh, screw you!" Fiddlesticks's player Zhao Shuxin had slipped off the edge of sanity now. Slamming his hand on the table, he rose to his feet cursing 1 .

During the previous couple of team fights, he'd been knocked out of the park as soon as he arrived. Except for one instance during the game, when he'd caught Kha'Zix alone and killed him, he'd basically never been allowed to bring his ulti to bear this whole game.

Those past few times were one thing. It couldn't be helped if Alistar had been watching out for him.

But this time, he'd been interrupted right in the middle of casting! For someone playing as Fiddlesticks, there was no greater insult!

The whole reason Zhao Shuxin enjoyed playing as Fiddlesticks was because, whenever he cast that spell, he would bring storm clouds and cawing ravens, death and darkness, terror and dread.

Have you ever wondered what it would look like if the spell failed to finish being cast?

One moment, Fiddlesticks would be chanting his sonorous incantation, a harbinger of the apocalypse to come—and then suddenly, everything went awry, and his mind was left a complete blank. Looking up into a clear, untroubled sky, the only darkness to be found might be a single crow perhaps, swimming through the sky while squawking in mockery at what a fool he looked.

What could possibly be more infuriating?

In that moment when Alistar rammed into him, he could hear that damned crow squawking somewhere overhead, and in spite of himself, Fiddlesticks flung his sickle in a rage, hoping to strike it dead!

"Oh my stars and garters, another god-like play by Alistar!"

"Superhuman reflexes!"

"Poor Fiddlesticks… he's all in tears!"

Seeing that spectacular display, the cyber café was once again filled with cheers!

Without a doubt, it was a marvelous thing to see an Alistar Flash into the enemy's ranks and catch their main damage-dealer with a Headbutt.

But even better was Flashing straight through a wall and smacking away Fiddlesticks in mid-chant, leaving him looking like a bloody idiot. Surely there could be no cooler moment for Alistar.

Indeed, the most crucial member of Team Pride's champion line-up was neither Varus nor Katarina—it was actually Fiddlesticks who held the largest damage potential.

If Fiddlesticks didn't bring down the enemy's health, how was Katarina to conduct her killing spree? This one move had caused their entire strategy to fall through!

Yu Luocheng's latest master-stroke of Alistar gameplay had not only left the audience blinded, it also inspired in the other Team Scarlet members an overwhelming urge to give him a big, wet kiss.

This Support was out of this world!

The other four Team Scarlet players generally disliked playing in the Support role, themselves, because they'd always felt like Support champions didn't contribute that much to the game.

Now that they'd seen Yu Luocheng playing Alistar, they finally understood that a good Support player formed the heart of the team. No wonder so many famous teams were led by Support players!

With the enemy formation broken and scattered, there was little suspense left in this latest team fight.

Yu Luocheng circled around and came up on the enemy from behind, knocking both Katarina and Varus into the sky with a Pulverize. This finally allowed Malphite some breathing room, having been under chain CC 1 the whole time, and he immediately threw himself at Katarina and Varus with his ultimate skill.

Kha'Zix had positioned itself well, and managed to avoid getting tagged by Varus's ulti. With a well-executed Leap, it pounced between Katarina and Varus, teaming up with Alistar and Malphite to put them both into the dirt. Next, it went for the now-deranged Fiddlesticks, who didn't even bother activating his Hourglass, already consumed by despair.

Meanwhile, Graves was locked in a duel with Shen. The pitiful amount of damage that Shen dealt was instantly regained through Graves' Lifesteal.

As for Sona, there was little left to say, what with how she'd served herself right up to the enemy in order to use her ulti to maximum effect. There was no hope of escape for her, and Graves finished her with one long-ranged blast of his own ultimate skill.

In no time at all, four of the enemy champions had been eradicated, and they once again reprised the scene of Shen silently being beaten into oblivion by everyone.

Perhaps his teammates were playing mahjong 1 at the Fountain now? If so, there would be no empty seat for Shen when it was his turn to join them.

"Let's surrender. I don't want to play anymore." Team Pride's Jungler, Zhao Shuxin, simply took off his headphones after saying this.

Gloomily, Huang Mi held down the Tab key, and saw that his Katarina had so far only claimed three contrived kills. He didn't have any hope left, either.

He wasn't surprised to find that they were losing to Team Scarlet, but he hadn't expected that they would be losing so badly!

"Damn it, who was it that told us Team Scarlet's Support was just a seat-filler?" Their ADC Yi Xing roared in a foul temper.

Huang Mi shot a look at Lin Xu, who looked absolutely wretched right then.

Truth be told, Lin Xu was still having trouble believing that it was really Yu Luocheng Yu playing that Alistar. He was supposed to be a freshly graduated high-school boy, just like Lin Xu!

Team Pride voted to surrender. GG!

This highly anticipated match between Team Scarlet and Team Pride had ended with Team Scarlet gaining an insurmountable lead, ultimately taking the game!

One could say that Flash-Headbutt from Alistar had been the last blow which utterly broke the enemy's will to keep fighting.

With that, all matches had ended for the day!

Putting down their headphones, Team Scarlet's ADC Ocean Shieh, team leader Huang Wong, Jungler Xiao Dao, and Top-Laner Xiao Tongtong rose from their seats, and then as one man they turned to regard Yu Luocheng.

"Kid, you played that Alistar like a legend!" Huang Yu gave Yu Luocheng the thumbs-up.

"Haha, looks like Team Scarlet has picked up one hell of a Support," Xiao Dao declared cheerfully. "Those were imba clutch 1 plays."

Ocean's estimation of Yu Luocheng had been altered completely. Who could appreciate the worth of the Support better than the ADC himself?

Given a Support like this, there was little Xue Haiyang could say. Although he'd taken all the glory for himself, he couldn't help but admire the boy's gameplay skills and tactical sense!

"Team Scarlet have found themselves a truly incredible player!"

"That's right. The MVP of that game was Alistar, no doubt about it. There was that time when they escaped the five-man ambush, and then that unbelievable Headbutt at the end—both deserve to be featured in some 'Top 10' list on the official game website!"

"Speaking of which, what did Commander Qin call that guy, just now?" The crowd was deep in heated discussion.

"Is he accepting any disciples? I'm a Support player, myself. It'd be great if he could take me under his wing," whispered a petite little beauty.

"He's my friend! His name's Yu Luocheng—we're friends!" Capitalizing on the moment, Wang Qin turned to announce this to the crowd.

That was when the Class 8 students saw Yu Luocheng rising from his chair, and they hurried up to him.

Right now, being near Yu Luocheng was to catch a sliver of the spotlight!

The Yu Luocheng they knew from school had typically appeared more dead than alive, always halfway nodding off to sleep. Who could have guessed that when he played League of Legends, he'd be hot enough to burn you to a crisp!

Then again, China's Tencent has acquired a majority stake in Riot Games, so anything could happen. 'Clutch' refers to the most frantic and critical moments of action. Have some authentic slang!
