Undefeatable – League of Legends Chapter 101

“Awesome! It was a 4 for 4, we didn't completely lose out . ” Huang Yu exclaimed excitedly . “We also managed to defend our tower!”

The most important thing now was to ensure that the towers did not fall . No matter how badly you lose in the teamfights, as long as your tower still stands, there was hope .

Xiao Tongtong, Xiao Dao, and Xue Haiyang's faces didn't look as dejected as it did before now . They wanted to say some words of praise, but remembering that Yu Luocheng had switched off his voice chat, they were at a loss on how to express their feelings .

“Xiao Dao, get some Wards,” Huang Yu said .

Yu didn't have enough gold to buy any items for himself . Naturally, he would then help Yu Luocheng on vision control instead . With the Wards in place, they followed the minion wave .

After that brutal assault with Baron Buff from their opponent, Team Scarlet finally had some breathing space . Jayce's item was slowly getting completed, he had a Manamune, Last Whisper, and a Black Cleaver . He just needed a Bloodthirster and he wouldn't be too far behind anymore .

Team Dawn would not give Team Scarlet too much time to recover, and a new wave of attacks was sure to come soon . On their part, Team Scarlet didn't dare to overstay their time in the jungle even with Wards . If any of them got caught outside of the tower range, there would be no way to defeat Team Dawn who was further ahead in items compared to them .

The top lane's tower had yet to be destroyed and Team Dawn was heading there . Team Scarlet couldn't defend the First Tier Tower without much minions so they gave that away . They couldn't afford to let go of the Second Tier Tower, or it would give Team Dawn too much advantage in terms of gold income .

The four opponent champions—Volibear, Fizz, Taric, and Varus lead a big wave of minions toward the tower . Volibear's health was over 5,000 and coupled with his armor, magic resist and his passive, he was an invincible existence . No one had claimed the bounty of 500 gold on him until this point .

Varus, who had not been having a good game before this, had, after a few victorious team fights, items that were now comparable to Caitlyn's . More importantly, Varus would not feel threatened in a teamfight because he would be able to maintain a safe distance and attack, unlike Caitlyn, who had to deal with Fizz .

“Damn it, that bear is disgusting!” Huang Yu grumbled .

Volibear was doing well, always ready to defend his team by taking hits from Jayce's E Q combo . His health and armor were incredibly high, and adding on the fact that he had the Baron Buff, the pokes didn't do anything to him at all .

“Riven is coming down the mid lane,” Xiao Dao said suddenly .

Riven wasn't pushing the top lane with her other teammates, instead she was already at their mid lane tower . The tower didn't have much health left, and it was rapidly declining from her assault . Team Scarlet immediately switched their focus to the mid lane instead .

They were going to break the mid lane!

Using four of them to distract Team Scarlet at the top lane had given Riven the chance to rush down the mid lane to obtain the objective . Team Dawn's tactics were thoroughly thought out .

Yu Luocheng's heart sank, the time needed to reach the mid lane Inhibitor Tower was roughly the same for both sides . Even if they reached the tower, it would easily be demolished with Riven's damage . And if they were to defend the mid Inhibitor, they would surely need to go for a teamfight again . Without the tower's help, Team Scarlet had a snowball's chance in hell to win that fight .

'We can't give it to them, we have to fight!' Yu Luocheng thought to himself .

Managing to catch a glimpse of Varus from the corner of his eye, Yu Luocheng made a split decision and threw out a Light Binding towards his direction . The beam of light shot past the thick wall and fell into the area covered by the Fog Of War .

He had taken a shot in the dark and it was hard to tell if it had landed or not . However, Yu Luocheng followed up with his E and R skills regardless . It was Lux's standard combo . With Mejai's Soulstealer, you had to have this confidence!

Lux's Final Spark and Lucent Singularity gave temporary vision when shot into a shrouded area . When the area was revealed, Team Scarlet found that Varus had been hit and was now rooted behind the wall!

“DEMACIA!”

The bright light shot out from in front of Lux, straight into Varus . Not only that, Fizz, Volibear, and Taric were also caught in her ulti!

“That was beautiful! Lux's ulti actually managed to hit all four of Team Dawn's champions! Most importantly, their ADC is still rooted!”

With the damage from Athena's Unholy Grail, Mejai's Soulstealer, and magic penetration from the Void Staff as well as Sorcerer's Boots, he had easily shaved off two thirds of their health .

“What high damage, is this really still a Support?”

It was hard to believe that one combo had taken two-thirds of their health, basically rendering the ADC useless in the fight .

“Wreck him! Wreck Varus!”

Team Scarlet was heading towards the mid lane for defense, but seeing Varus' health so dangerously low, their eyes gleamed with bloodlust . Without further delay, Jayce shouldered his hammer, switching to Mercury Cannon stance . Singed activated his ulti, Jarvan threw out his flag and dashed forward with his E Q combo, and Caitlyn used her basic attack .

Taric tried to protect Varus, but Team Scarlet's attacks slammed right into him, instantly disposing of the ADC . Even if Varus had managed to Flash across the wall, he would have had a hard time running away . Finally, it was Xiao Tongtong who claimed the bounty .

“Back! Back!” Yang Ying shouted . “F*ck, why are we out of position?!”

Once the ADC was dead, they couldn't be sure that they would win a teamfight now . But even if they wanted to retreat, Team Scarlet wasn't going to let them go easily . Once the fight broke out in the jungle, Singed was the first to jump into the fray, knowing that no one had a higher damage than Varus now . He was invincible!

“Tongtong, don't forget to protect our back line!” Huang Yu reminded him with a shout .

Just as his voice rang out, Fizz, who had been retreating, made a sharp turn and threw his ulti at Caitlyn!

“Shark!”

With that, Caitlyn's health was down to half . With another Q and Ignite, Xue Haiyang barely had time to react and Caitlyn was already dead at the hands of Fizz .

“That was a beautiful turn by Fizz! With Varus down, and now Caitlyn, the outcome of this fight is hard to determine!” The host said excitedly .

The fight was fierce and chaotic, all you could see on the screen were flashes of lights indicating skills were being thrown everywhere . Team Scarlet had five people, and the opponent's ADC had already been taken down at the beginning of the fight . Even with Fizz bursting down Caitlyn in the middle of the chaos, the situation remained at 4 v 3 .

Volibear and Fizz had good items, and soon, Jarvan and Jayce would not have enough health to sustain anymore .

“Ha!”

A burst of wind forming an arc came through from the side of the wall, cutting into Jarvan . Originally, Jarvan was planning to run, but he still got caught in the end .

It was Riven, and it looked like she had arrived at the battle once again!

Only with the advantage in numbers did Team Scarlet manage to go head to head with Team Dawn, but now they had a high burst damage opponent returning to the field . Her burst damage was quite terrifying, it was practically a one-hit kill!

As expected, Riven heaved her shimmering sword in her hands and dove straight into the middle of the battle . After killing Jarvan, her sight was set on Jayce . Jayce had two-thirds of his health left, but Riven only needed a few hits and his head was hers . That described how horrifying her damage was .

However, the double kill was unable to satisfy Riven's bloodlust, as she then turned her gaze toward Lux next .

“Will this be a triple kill?” The host shouted along with the crowd as they watched Riven advance on Lux .

Riven only needed a couple of slashes and Lux would be dead, as long as she could get close enough!

Yu Luocheng's face twisted, even by taking out the ADC early, the fight still went south . Riven was inching closer to him, and he glanced at his Mejai's Soulstealer, which had 8 stacks .

'You want to kill me?

'Let's see if you can even touch the edge of my sleeves!'

Yu Luocheng's skills were all spent . He noted that Riven's health was slowly being eaten away by Singed's poison fog, whilst Volibear and Fizz had not much health left either . At this point, they were serving themselves on a silver platter to him!

No one in their right mind would chase a full health Singed, so they had all turned their target to him instead .

Yu Luocheng's eyes sharpened .

'So they've come!

'Your lives will be engraved into my Mejai's Soulstealer!'
