"By the way, did Senior Xu say anything when I took the leave?" Zhi Ruo asked everyone.
Xiaoli was stretching his aching muscles, "Even boss took a leave on the next day itself."
"Ah..." Zhi Ruo did not know why would Senior Xu take a holiday. He usually does not take a holiday, sometimes he would even come to work on weekends.
"I think he won't come today as well." Han Mi suggested after giving a look at the time. Their official working time starts at 9 AM and not it was half hour late. According to how much Han Mi knew, Xu Beihan had never arrived late. Thus she concluded that he won't come today as well.
Ruihan also gave a look at the watch before agreeing with Han Mi's suggestion.

Inside the car,
Zhi Ruo finished her work and left the office on time. Xu Beihan was not coming to the office, thus many works were pending and cannot be proceeded without his permission. Due to this the work in the office today was very light.
"You don't seem tired today?" Qing Shan noticed Zhi Ruo's freshness. There was no tiredness on her face showing she either spent a leisure day.
Zhi Ruo simply nodded to his question. After some time she realized they were not going home but the car was going on some other road which she was pretty familiar with.
"We are not going home?" Zhi Ruo asked.
Nodding his head Qing Shan explained, "Grandma called and insisted me to bring you to dinner today."
Zhi Ruo went back in her thoughts giving Qing Shan the illusion that she was not happy or did not like him deciding for her.
"If you do not like we can just stay for some time and come back. I am sorry to hot discuss this with you." Qing Shan compromised as he knew he did wrong about not asking Zhi Ruo and agreeing to his grandmother's request.
Zhi Ruo came back to earth noticing Qing Shan apologize to her, "No no... It's just ... It's okay. No need to come back quickly. We will stay for some time and come back."

"Grandma." Both Zhi Ruo and Qing Shan entered the room and greeted Grandma Qing before sitting down on the couch.
"At last you remembered this old woman." Grandma Qing spoke and hugged Zhi Ruo while she smacked Qing Shan's shoulder lightly.
Pouting cutely he hugged his grandma with Zhi Ruo in the middle of them speaking in a childish voice, "Grandma, you used to like me earlier. Have you changed your priorities."
This sentence earned another round of smacking for Qing Shan. Zhi Ruo giggled seeing Qing Shan acting like a small boy in front of his grandma.
Grandma Qing took out something from the cupboard. Coming towards Zhi Ruo, she slid it to her wrist saying, "This is a small gift from your grandma. I will never let you be wronged in this house. Always keep wearing it, never remove it. Ok."
