After some more thoughts it was found out that his liver was operated. Careful analysis of the drugs and everything then led the investigation to conclude that they were then about to operate for his kidneys. But already having all of our guesses wrong, it was not possible to finalize these, so it was decided that further information will be only relayed when there will be concrete evidence.

They kidnap soldiers from their mission site and being them here. Because soldiers are trained in harsh conditions they keep them under sedatives so it becomes easier for them to handle everyone.
They have two bases, one is in the mountain where they have their research laboratory and operating center, while there is another base which is built under water. "
