Husband's lovely wife 101 Blue eyes

After Grandma Qing calmed down Qing Shan spoke, " Her eyes, they are normally black, but at that time, they were not black..... They were ... they were something.... like..... something like blue...."

Hearing what Qing Shan mentioned, all the blood drained out of grandma Qing's face and her body became limp. Holding Qing Shan's hand she supported herself and repeated, "Blue eyes."

Looking at his grandmother's reaction Qing Shan knew that there is something that is still uncovered, to control the situation he thought of saying that he might have seen something wrong.

"I think, I might have seen wrong." added Qing Shan in a straight tone

"Did you tell any of these to Zhi Ruo?" asked grandma with a scared expression.

Qing Shan shook his head

"Shan'er, don't tell her yet. Okay. And don't discuss this with anyone else?" warned grandma Qing while patting his shoulder with her weak hands

"I got it grandma." saying Qing Shan started to guide grandma Qing who was lost in thoughts back to house.

"Father, no move this here. you will win if you do it." came Zhi Ruo's voice while she was helping father Qing in chess against Grandpa Qing.

"Okay, I get it. Daughter in law is helping her father in law. No one want's to help this old man." said Grandpa Qing while pouting and messed up the chess board.

"Hahahha" laughed Zhi Ruo while holding her stomach.

Standing up and going towards grandpa Qing She hugged him and said, "You are too cute grandpa."

"I am more cute than him, Wife" came Qing Shan's voice

Looking at Qing shan and Grandma Qing coming back, Mother Qing asked, "Qing Shan, do you want to stay for the night or leave?"

"We would go back mother." answered Qing Shan.

Hitting him on his shoulder Grandma Qing said, "Shouldn't you ask your wife first?"

"Ahhh, grandma... I am sure she want's to go back. Ask her...."

When Zhi Ruo nodded, grandma Qing said, "Good, Good, you understand your wife very well.. good."

Reaching back home, Zhi Ruo decided to keep the dresses back in the wardrobe.

Coming out of the shower, Zhi Ruo sat on the dressing table while applying some her night cream when Qing Shan came and stood behind her with a towel in his hands.

Looking at Qing Shan through the mirror, Zhi Ruo asked, "What happened?"

Starting to wipe the ends of her hair which were dripping with water, Qing Shan scolded her mildly, "Your hairs were wet, if you sleep like this you would get cold."

Hearing what Qing Shan said, Zhi Ruo's hands freezed, while her eyes teared....

Panicked Qing Shan asked, "Zhi Ruo, did I say something wrong?"

Blinking her eyes, Zhi Ruo forced the tears back into her eyes and shook her head.

Holding his hand which was on her shoulder, Zhi Ruo rested her head on them and said in a chocked voice, "Qing Shan, Thankyou. My mom used to do the same thing and she always used to say the exact same sentence. I just got emotional."

Hugging her body, Qing Shan kissed her forehead and patted her back for her to calm down.

Controlling herself Zhi Ruo spoke,"I am ok now, let's sleep."

"Okay, you go ahead I will keep the towel for drying and join you." said Qing Shan.

On the bed Zhi Ruo was curled up in a corner while hiding herself completely under the duvet.
