“That’s good,” Xiao Yun said as he turned and walked into the room.

There were all sorts of medicinal ingredients, and there were ten or so portions. There were even four Scarlet Sun Fruits.

There would be almost no difference in using a Scarlet Sun Fruit – after all, Scarlet Sun Fruits also contained Yang Qi, as well as Fire Essence Qi, which countered dark and evil poisons. As such, there was not much difference between using a Sun Essence Fruit or a Scarlet Sun Fruit. However, the other medicinal ingredients refused to fuse with the Scarlet Sun Fruit. Because of this, Yuan Tian Ju had failed numerous times, and had nearly started growing white hairs out of frustration.

However, Xiao Yun did not have this sort of worry. After refining the Mysterious Congealing Pills, he gained more understanding towards his Martial Spirit’s dewdrops’ godly effects. The dewdrops could add moderation to the medicinal effects, making the medicinal ingredients fuse smoothly. Additionally, the dewdrops also contained the aura of life, greatly improving the qualities of the medicinal pill.

“Which dewdrop should I use?” Xiao Yun asked as he looked at his Martial Spirit in his sea of consciousness. There was a Fire Essence Qi dewdrop on a red leaf, as well as a jade-green dewdrop on the jade-green leaf.

“The Fire Essence Qi dewdrop will most likely be able to cleanse poisons, and will be able to increase the Sun Antidote Pill’s effects,” Xiao Yun thought to himself. A light flashed between his eyebrows as a Fire dewdrop came out, entering the medicinal pill.

After seeing Xiao Yun’s look of confusion, Yuan Tian Ju assumed that Xiao Yun had failed, and did not know how to tell everyone.

“Young sir Xiao, are you still confident about being able to refine the pill?” the Third Patriarch anxiously asked.

The other people all looked at Xiao Yun coldly.

“How could he refine a Sun Antidote Pill?” some of the youths asked, looking at Xiao Yun in derision. There was someone else who was looking at Xiao Yun with narrowed eyes – this was Yuan Xiao, a genius who had affinity with Fire Essence Qi, and who had been learning pill refining since he was young.

“Did I say that I failed?” Looking at everyone’s expressions, Xiao Yun raised an eyebrow as he spoke.

“You didn’t fail?” Yuan Tian Ju asked as he stared at Xiao Yun.

“Of course I didn’t,” Xiao Yun said as he rolled his eyes. “Even though I ruined some of the medicinal ingredients, I was still able to refine this Sun Antidote Pill in the end. However, I’m not sure if it will be able to completely eliminate that Moon Demon Poison after having one of its medicinal ingredients substituted.”

“You refined it! Did I hear correctly? You said that you refined the Sun Antidote Pill?” Yuan Tian Ju exclaimed as he stared.

“Haha, hurry and let us have a look,” one of the youths coldly laughed.

Xiao Yun narrowed his eyes and flipped his palm, as a scarlet medicinal pill appeared between two of his fingers.

This medicinal pill was about as big as a pigeon’s egg and had a glossy appearance. There were strands of aroma coming out from it that gathered like mist. Upon smelling the aroma, one would feel as if their mind had been refreshed.

“This is the Sun Antidote Pill?” Yuan Tian Ju’s eyes lit up, hurriedly stepping forwards as he looked at the medicinal pill between the youth’s fingers. After examining it carefully and smelling it, a strange light flickered in his eyes.

The Eldest Patriarch and Third Patriarch also walked over. They looked at Yuan Tian Ju and did not say anything, because he was the only one who had the right to say whether this was a Sun Antidote Pill.

“Fourth Uncle, is this really a Sun Antidote Pill?” the youths asked as they frowned. Seeing Xiao Yun take out a medicinal pill, they had felt quite shocked. However, they still did not believe that this was a Sun Antidote pill – after all, Xiao Yun could have taken out a medicinal pill in an attempt to trick them.

“Young sir Xiao, can I please have a closer look at this medicinal pill?” Yuan Tian Ju asked, not saying more as he stared at the pill.

“Of course,” Xiao Yun said as he shrugged and handed the medicinal pill to Yuan Tian Ju.

After receiving the medicinal pill, Yuan Tian Ju brought it to his nose and closely sniffed it, narrowing his eyes in thought, as if he was trying to analyse what the medicinal pill contained. However, even after ten or so minutes, he was unable to tell.

“How strange,” Yuan Tian Ju said in confusion, shaking his head.

“What is it?” The Yuan family’s people were all feeling incredibly tense. This was especially so for the Third Patriarch, who had already been incredibly nervous. Seeing Yuan Tian Ju’s expression, he felt an itch within his heart. If it wasn’t because he was not familiar with pill refining, he would have already snatched over the pill to analyse it himself.

“What is it, Fourth Patriarch?” Xiao Yun asked, after seeing Yuan Tian Ju mull over the pill for so long.

Only now did Yuan Tian Ju stop analysing the medicinal pill. Seeing this, everyone’s gazes fell on Yuan Tian Ju.

“This medicinal pill indeed has the Sun Antidote Pill’s medicinal ingredients in the right proportions, and also has the Scarlet Sun Fruit’s medicinal effects,” Yuan Tian Yu said.

“So it’s a Sun Antidote Pill?” the Third Patriarch asked as he let out a breath.
