Outside HuaQu Hospital the security men and women in uniform of yellow met the gathering group of reporters that were pushing to gain access into the building and possible floor where the heiress was said to have been brought in . Patients, visitors and employees of the hospital casted curious glances at where the commotion was coming from, few stopped for long to watch what was going on, but many looked and kept going their way .

One thing crossed their mind as they saw the picture of lawlessness, they wondered who was the important person or persons that came to grace their hospital .

It didn't take the netizens long to know where the heiress had been transported to, because out of all the people that saw the scene unravel, was always one or two that will want to share what they saw on social media . What better way to do so than Beibo!

While the struggle continued, upstairs as the paperwork was being signed by Yang Lin, wjo handed it to a nurse that took it to the attending physician to sign on . In two separate rooms Lu Yi and Zhang Mi were scrubbed and downed in preparation for surgery . The paramedic that came with them to the second floor had long since left, after she saw that Yang Lin was not someone dangerous .

In another part of the hospital not to far from where the two were, the staff that was going to be attending the surgery, began their own preparation . During this time, the electronic chart on them was sent to the surgical that would be handling their operation . The nurses, doctors and anesthesiologists met in groups, the first group was Zhang Mi's, while the second group was Lu Yi's .

Time was of essence and they had to streamline their report to touch on what they considered important during surgery .

In less than forty-five minutes, the Zhang heiress and Lu Yi were wheeled into a two in one operating room where a team of medi professionals waited for them . To get into either operating room, the staff had to pass through a single door which leads to two separate surgical room, which from the outside, appears as a single unit .

Everyone had their task, from the nurses that will be scrubbing and circulating around the operating room, to the anesthesiologist who will be in charge of the medication that will put the patient to "sleep" and "wake" them, and finally the head surgeon and first assist who were doctor and doctor in training respectively .

The room had the usual equipments to start a surgery, modest in design with a handful of modern equipments . In each compartment within the single large room, behind glass doors, the staff did a final rundown of what to expect, before proceed to begin the surgery .

Amidst the commotion, a silent figure came in to the hospital, his face remained hidden behind the dark face cap and mask, dressed in layers of black with the collar of his trenchcoat pulled up to further hide his features .

The unknown figure rapidly advanced through the floors of HuaQu hospital under directive from a call received from someone within the hospital .
