" Today's task is you are both expected to arrive at qi condensation 2"

Alestar smiled after he uttered those words to the two.., who still hung on to his every word.

After hearing his speech, May became A bit anxious. While to her side, Taf seemed to have taken the news quite well.

" Uhm.. Draconian Alestar, is it that effortless to reach qi condensation two, after all we haven't reached qi condensation one."

" Is it really that smooth to cultivate "

She then went on to say after considering the matter.

" It's not that cultivation is easy but the fact that your affinities gives you an edge over others, Taf in particular."

" While having more affinities does give you additional strength. There is also another benefit that it provides."

" Accelerated cultivation"

" The percentage of your affinities also will play a pivotal role in the speed you cultivate."

Alestar went on to say while trying to ease the mind of the confused May.

" This is even more evident in your earlier cultivation realms. "

"Though you are given superior strength within the qi condensation. It becomes more apparant in the next realm, known as the realm of Lords or Lord realm"

" So Taf you should reach Qi condensation 2 significantly faster than that of the time it takes May"

" Due to your overall 90 plus percentage for all your affinities.

He then told the two who had patiently listened while he explained previously.

After the words were spoken an even more firm resolve was seen within May's eyes.

" I see in order to fulfill our oath I will need to double my efforts."

" There is no way I will let you stand on that peak without me"

" Even if my efforts will have to be tripled. This lady you call your big flower will dare not let you out of her sight. "

She said to Taf that stretch his hand out rubbing her face.

" I wouldn't rather it any other way, big flower. There would be no meaning if you weren't there by my side"

" Remember..., hand in hand at the peak.."

He then went on to say while she took his hand into her own.

" As we gaze into the stars and space"

May then went on to finish the oath that had held them so firmly together.

As the couple made their oath, Alestar allowed them to have their moment.

" So many women in my past, yet was there one I would have made such an oath with. Especially her, the most vile, evil plague I have had the displeasure of meeting..."

Alestar seemed to have drift off to another place where a face haunted him. Soon he was drawn out of his stupor by Taf who posed a question.

" So the realm after qi condensation is the realm of Lords huh?"

" How many realms are there exactly"

Taf eagerly asked as he heard the words of Draconian Alestar.

" How about we just take it a step at a time. Let's not bite off more than we can chew.... right".

" You two will focus on qi condensation for the time being'

A calming few words were given to Taf whose eyes brightened with expectation by Alestar.

" For now you will both absorb the world qi as is. There will be no need for you trying to sense the different affinity qi."

" This is only necessary when you arrive at the lord realm, where each affinity has its own dantian"

" For you Taf that would be three dantians and one core for your demonification".

The two teens eyes lit up as they heard what Alestar had just disclosed, but before they could ask a follow up question he spoke once more.

" As before.., let's not bite off more than can be chewed...."

Hearing his words both looked to the side smiling. They really were truly eager.

" So now let's get on to you both cultivating"

Suddenly two separate sets of golden parchment appeared before both May and Taf.They both shun brightly with a golden glow that caught the two by surprise.

" Those are cultivation techiques that you will need to guide you on the path of Qi acceptance"

" Touch them and see what happens"

Alestar could not help but have a small grin as he eyed the two who had expressions of glee.

They then looked at each other before deciding to do as instructed.

Psssh!!!!

As they both touched the techniques, the light seemingly combusted before disappearing in thin air.

However a strange feeling overwhelmed the two. They felt as though something was calling for their consciousness to appear.

" It's ok.., you can trust the feeling. Go towards it"

Knowing what the two were experiencing in their first attempt at cultivating, Alestar provided a bit of a nudge.

Hearing his words, both yielded to the calling seemingly setting their minds free. As a result they felt themselves in an empty space.

As if they had just read a novel and digesting its contents, information flooded their mind.

Suddenly outside of Taf's body, winds spiraled like cyclones with him being its center.

His body became a vortex that devoured unending as the world qi reacted as though it had finally met its savoir.

Observing all that had taken place, Alestar didn't seem that surprised by the events.

" This is your first step kid..."

He uttered underneath his breath

Taf suddenly felt a warmth overflowing within him. As he searched for the source of this comfort.

When his search bore fruit, there he saw a vessel at the end of a whirlpool Continously being filled.

In that whirlpool he saw varying colours. Purple, red, gold and blue.

The purple and gold seemed in conflict and avoided the other at every chance.

" Is this qi...?"

He then saw a vessel that he assumed was his dantian gorging itself at a rapid pace .

Crrk..

He suddenly felt strength and stamina he has never felt in his life. Each cell, vein or entity within his body became anew.

Now his eyes saw the world afresh. The air smelt different as his senses could no longer be described as mortal.

It was as if he was in a dream and now he had finally awakened.

His flesh released the impurities that had called his body a home for the past fourteen years.

Similar to a priest vanguishing a demon. There was simple no more room for such filth within this flesh that was now reborn.

This...this was his true awakening. His blood felt hot and seemingly moved with joy.

How can ones blood feel emotion. Could such a thing possibly be real. Probably it was just his imagination.

Oddly he felt there was a tinge of malice in his heart. Where did this slight blood lust come from.

His heart felt cold for a bit and seemingly progressively got colder.

" What tha.."

He became slightly stunned at the sudden change.

Alestar who still had not let his eyes of Taf, had one eyelid raised.

" This will be your first test. Can you control those devil desires...?"

" You are about to tread a road not known by us. Let's see how you will do kid...."

As Taf felt his heart seemingly becoming colder by the second and his thirst for blood oozing to be set free. He laughed out loud.

"My modus is to be ever changing and untamed in this life.."

" How could I make the mere power of a devil overcome me.."

" BEHAVE!!!!"

As his words were spoken his heart that had felt the chilling hands of the devil, suddenly regained its previous calm.

" That was odd..., seems the more I gain in strength. My resolves needs to grow as well"

"Hehe.., how exciting..."

Taf seemed quite unperturbed by the sudden turn of event and instead made it a challenge for the future.

A smile crept its way on Alestar's face as he saw the outcome.

" That's how you do it kid. You sure don't disappoint"

Taf opened his eyes and saw Alestar with smiles.

" For a God, you sure are always happy"

He went on to say to the Draconian who kept on observing.

" What.., I should be uptight and strict. With a stern look ever present on this face of mine"

" Just like you have your modus, so do i"

Alestar went on to say after hearing the question posed.

" Congrats on reaching Qi condensation 1, It took you a mere few minutes. let's see how your girlfriend does"

As he spoke Taf's attention now was on May that had Qi gushing towards her.
