As Lisa spoke she grasped onto a small rusty dagger, while squeezing slight tricklings of blood could be seen oozing from her palm. Seeing the steely determined look on her face May then grabbed the dagger from her hand.

" There is no need for that as from this day forward you'll be staying with me. Go and gather your things, i will wait."

May assuringly spoke which caused the sobbing Lisa to become a bit quiet.

" You would do that for me, May? You hardly know me, I wouldn't want to be a burden."

While ridding her face of the tears with the handkerchief previously provided, Lisa spoke.

" It's ok, we are sisters from Marvel City. How could I let such harm befall you and stay oblivious? That is not my way. Hurry up, however, Knowing Taf he is probably dying of boredom. Let's not let him wait too long..."

May chuckled a bit as she spoke of Taf which for the first time since her visit happen to draw a smile on the face of Lisa.

Taf wore a pitiful look as if he truly had been wronged...

" You always have to push it, don't you brute."

Soon Taf felt a cold presence beside him...

Lisa could only stand with a smile as she watched Taf dodged May's hands.

" I think being friends with these two might be one of those things I look back on and smile at when i am old and grey."

This was the first moment in a few months that she felt like her old self again...

The commander of the patroling team uttered while assessing the members of team Malgrey. In his mind, he wondered why the sudden change in status. However, this was far above his pay grade, so he inquired no further.

" Yes, we only received our promotion a week ago. We also received a few new group members, I think you even met them before, we will wait a bit as they catch up."

The fiery hair Malgrey responded as in his mind he looked forward to the look on this commander's face when he saw who the new teammates were.

He was not one that normally held grudges but after putting up with the patrolling squads for these years. It was good seeing their expression skewed somewhat.

His sentiments were shared by all his squad members as they chuckled at his words knowing fully well what he meant.Especially Niesha who had her broad sword on her lap.

Once more the Commander assessed all that were on the back of the white Hawk. Similar to what he thought there were all five members accounted for.

Squads were generally made up of five individuals so it was odd for a team to have additional members. Of course, there were exceptions to the rule such as patrolling squads and special missions.

Soon he saw a red feathered eagle closing in. It had a striking resemblance to the one the fiend that called himself Sir Mouse had the previous week.

Knowing better than their last meeting the commander stifled his fury, there was also a bit of fear however, he would not truly acknowledge this. He looked at Taf and through gritted teeth could only respond...

" I will happily give my regards, Sir Mouse."

The members of Team Malgrey looked on and even they were quite surprised by the switch of tone. Now their curiosity peaked as to what had really occurred before the ringing of the bells.

This commander was someone with a usual overbearing demeanor, yet before Taf he was well mannered and in some ways docile.

" Ah squad leader Malgrey, i hope we will not be blamed for tardiness. My time says 6 and you did say 6:30. See we aren't averse to telling the truth after all and are indeed team players."

Taf now had his attention on Malgrey and the other five. At his words, the commander finally knew what Malgrey truly meant before.

Malgrey , however, who had slightly enjoyed the few seconds of changing expression on the face of the commander, Once more remember how these two were.
