How had Neptune earned their name then? That was because it was a guild that had been created by NPCs. There were fewer players in the City of Sea King, to begin with. If they were to start an internal conflict, what would be left? How many players would survive in the end?

As such, NPCs had created a guild to aid the player guilds. They provided resources, missions, rewards, buildings, and more. The players were all just puppets, and Neptune's power actually came from the NPCs!

Collaborating with the NPCs would mean that the rewards were greater. However, it also meant that they had little authority. In the future, internal strife in Neptune was bound to happen. With the NPCs' intelligence, they could remove all those who were against them from Neptune before the players could rebel.

"Hmph, Lone Wolf, what are you thinking? Are you scared? Come on!" Sky Wing laughed, and a sky-blue longsword appeared. It was made from condensed blue crystals from the deep ocean and the bone of an entire swordfish. The sword was a Gold weapon that was extremely close to that of the Dark Gold level. Without giving Lin Jie a chance to reply, he cast Forward Charge and rushed towards him!

His Forward Charge was a strengthening skill just like Lin Jie's Hunter's Forward Charge. It contained aura from the sea, so there were Water Elements everywhere that gathered to form ice crystals. They reduced the speed of other players so that they could not escape his Forward Charge.

"I'll show you the power of the City of Sea King! Sonic Speed Instakill!" Sky Wing cried out as his longsword shrank into a thin line. It was condensed with high pressure to form a metal that was the same width as a needle. With lightning speed, the blade headed for Lin Jie's neck.

"It's appeared! Sonic Speed Instakill!"

"This move is one of the few skills with a chance of causing a fatality! Furthermore, when used in the City of Sea King, the chance is even higher! "

"Fatality! My god, is that the special skill that kills upon critical hit?"

Sky Wing reached! His needle-like longsword slashed out 5 sword shadows, which cut through the air and headed for Lin Jie.

Just nicely, each scale was sufficient to block the attack from the hits. Sky Wing's Sonic Blade may be pretty good, but his Attack was too low! It was an impossible feat for him to break through Lin Jie's defense.

Lin Jie looked at him coldly. With a swing of his Broken Blade, a Blade Aura descended from the sky.

The Instakill King, Sky Wing, was one of the top 10 players of the City of Sea King. He was able to slice up people as if he was cutting vegetables, killing them instantly. He went up against Lin Jie with his signature instantkill move Sonic Speed Instakill, but what happened? He only managed to break 5 pieces of Lin Jie's scales. In the end, Lin Jie's health bar was still completely full!

The lackey was seething with rage and cursed as he got ready to escape, "Lone Wolf, I will be back with my people from Neptune! That'll be the end for you!"

"The flow of the mission is very simple. We have already discovered the source of Dark Holy Water. However, we will have to kill a Boss in order to get there. The players from the City of Sea King should have heard of this Boss. It's called the Three-Headed Serpent." Lin Jie paused before adding, "The Sub-Legendary Boss!"

"What!? Three-Headed Serpent!"

"I've heard that it is in the Mesosaprobic Shrine and is among the top three super monsters in the City of Sea King. If it is killed, the blood extracted from the serpent can help drastically increase one's proficiency in Aqua Elemental Magic."

"Also, the three skulls can be used to make the Fire Serpent Wand, Ice Serpent Wand, and Wind Serpent Wand! Together, they will form the Sub-Legendary Elemental Wands set!"

"Ah, hah! Our Bandits Association has already offered a reward for the Three-Headed Serpent. The skin of the serpent can be used to forge a few dozen pieces of Gold Leather Armor."
