"Gion, block them!" ordered Lin Jie. With a wave of his right hand, which was holding Broken Blade, a flaming gust of blade aura shot towards the sky, and he activated Hunter's Forward Charge!

At the same time, the Naga Gion's scales, which covered its entire body, erected with 'Kabkaba' sounds, and the Hardened Scale skill was activated! It immediately increased 500 Defense points for Gion, and offset most of the damage. Even though all 25 bullets hit the target, it only caused 3,000 Damage Dealt, which was replenished fast enough by a Marine Force skill.

"Howling!"

A sharp shrill exploded. All five pirates wore petrified expressions on their faces as if they had witnessed the scariest scene ever and ran all over the place.

Lin Jie commended Gion's attack, and he gulped down a bottle of the Berserker Potion. Following which, he dealt out a combo attack of Shield Cut and Army Obliteration at the pirates' chests. Broken Blade with the activated Flame Boost skill penetrated through their bodies, and with loud sword hums, batches of damage figures jumped out of their heads.

With the splash damage caused by the Flame Boost skill and Wind Rider Blade Aura Executioner skill, the pirates' health bars were visibly decreased. Lin Jie directed Gion's attacks while he dealt out blow after blow. Meanwhile, he stopped Gion from using the healing skill on himself. Broken Blade and Thunderbolt Sword kept slitting past the pirates' throats, causing numerous weak point damage.

Petrify was dispelled!

The pirates who finally regained their senses gave Lin Jie a shot each. Lin Jie could not escape in time and was hit, and his health bar was almost emptied! When the pirates saw this, they wanted to continue firing shots at this human being from the alternate realms and end his life. However, Lin Jie suddenly made a loud growl—the Outraged Roar! The pirates fell under his controlling spell again.

Lin Jie curved up his lips. His health bar was now almost all empty, and he could feel a great surge of energy and power gathering at his arms—it was the effects from Blood Power and Death Rage!

'It's now or never!'

Lin Jie's Attack Power rose steadily. As his health bar was kept super low, the prowess of being a Berserker was exhibited fully—Blood Power had increased 50% of his Attack Power, increased his Critical strike chance, Critical Hit Damage, and Strength Judgement abilities. With the Death Rage skill, his Attack was increased by 180%, hence increasing his Critical Hit Damage again and a the same time allowing him to have damage reduction…

"Shield Cut!" With a loud cry, Broken Blade shone brightly, and it slashed opened a pirate's chest——

Broken Blade turned in another direction, and Lin Jie activated Weakness Exploit! This time round, Lin Jie felt exhilarated as he made another Critical Hit!

'Boom!'——the pirate's health bar dropped swiftly, and almost reached zero in the blink of an eye!

After the pirate regained his consciousness from the Outraged Roar skill, he took up his sword and slashed it down upon Lin Jie angrily. Lin Jie did not bother to evade this move, but rather he activated the Undefeated Anger skill and met this blow head-on without caring a heck about his own health bar! Blade auras exploded everywhere, and this particular pirate was flung up high into the air, falling back down on the ground to a tragic death!

A drop of Blood Essence revolved about in the air, and entered Lin Jie's body with a loud 'swoosh'!

Lin Jie couldn't help but burst out laughing in exhilaration. The health regenerating effects brought about by the Blood Essence was negligible, but its most important effect lies in being able to help increase the player's Attack Power! If only he could kill all the pirates on the ship, he would gain a tremendous amount of wealth.

Come of think of it, the Crying Bay could also be considered as a Hidden Map. It was not rare for one to get such handsome rewards here then—after all, not anyone had the ability to come here.

There were some hustle and bustle among the pirates on the pirates' ship—it seemed like they were surprised that these five Enhanced Elites were unable to get rid of a weak human being from the alternate realms. Five pirates were sent out again and growled loudly as they charged at them.

"Gion, don't increase my health bar, just concentrate on attacking them!" shouted Lin Jie. After the Combo Attacks were activated, Lin Jie's Attack Power had become all the more terrifying. As long as some time was given to him, he was sure he could just instakill any Enhanced Elite!

Gion nodded, "Yes, my Lord."

From how he addressed Lin Jie, it was obvious that this Naga was deeply impressed by him.

The five pirates took out their guns——

The Gold-tiered Boss Naga Gion ended up as a life shield for Lin Jie tragically. After all, its Hardened Scale allowed it to increase 300 Defense points, and its health bar was higher than Lin Jie by hundreds of times. Such was the advantage of being a Boss.

Lin Jie's pupils constricted. Although he had nimble reflexes, the Boss's attack range was too big, and it managed to bump Lin Jie out of its path!

Naga Gion strutted out its chest proudly and said, "Nagas are known for their manipulation skills of the seas."

"Great. Use the seawater and construct a slide, making it land off at the top of the pirates' ship."

"A sli… slide?"

"Yes, it's like, like… like the breasts of the Naga named Milaji, there are some protruded surface and some flat surfaces at times. Do you understand what I am trying to describe?"

"My lord… she's my mate."

Gion turned red, but with a wave of its hands, pillars of seawater rose up and formed a slide… umm, except that there were two small stone-like structures above the tip-most of the slide.

Lin Jie took a glance behind his shoulders—the Boss was nearing him! He activated Wild Charge and charged straight towards the top of the slide. The Boss chased after him and caught up.

"It's now, dismiss your spell!"

Lin Jie had already reached the top of the slide, and looking at the Boss, which was smashing towards him, he gave a loud shout!

Whoosh—

The sea waters suddenly dispersed, and Lin Jie fell down into the sea.

Meanwhile, the Boss flew across the mid-air in a beautiful, graceful, and grand arc, landing upon the pirates' ship with a loud boom!

"Roll it, meatball!"
