The soldiers escorted Misha into a 10-meter-wide corridor.

One the wall of the pathway, glass windows revealed a hundred of researchers in biochemical suits, fiddling with chemical substances within the test tubes in their hands. Five of them were writing equitation and mysterious formulas on the window with their whiteboard markers as if they were trying to figure out something.

In a lone room in the opposite side of the corridor of the researching room, one man in an orange prisoner uniform, who was handcuffed and had his ankles shackled, was kneeling and holding his hands in a prayer position. Before him, a green limbless zombie with the same steel mask as Misha was tied onto the surgery bed.

The man prayed hard before he took the syringe from the nearby tray and began injecting blue liquid in his syringe into the green zombie.

Upon the injection, the zombie suddenly howled and regrew its arm, which transformed into a giant hand with claws at the size of a human head. It broke out from the binding and clawed the researcher, cutting him in half.

The light of the room turned red, and four hand-sized sentry guns were deployed from the ceiling of the room. They barraged the bullets at the rampaging zombies, releasing muffled noise to the corridor, killing the zombie on the spot.

Similar scenes happened as the soldiers walked through the corridor. The west wings were the researcher areas where they tested and attempted to come up with the right formulas for their vaccines while the east side was the areas for practical tests, which employed the death-roll prisoners as assistants instead of using the researchers.

Next to each window, two armed military officers watched them as they worked. Beside them, a control panel with hundreds of buttons and an intercom phone was installed there. One the board, a big red switch, which had the marking, [EMERGENCY ONLY] was at the center.

Every room was monitored, and the soldiers who were observing them could destroy everything with the control panel red button.

Before the three soldiers could bring Misha into the deeper part of the facility, a senior officer stopped them.

"What's this? A new test subject?"

"Yes, sir! A group of paramedics followed the Hydra Infection Protocol and brought the girl here. We're bringing her into the west lab."

"Did you even check which stage she was in? If she's in the second stage or the third stage, several of us might have died, you morons."

"W-We're sorry, sir!"

"Hurry and take her inside, I want her tranquilized or her limbs cut off! Goddamnit, they used the wrong elevator! This one is for the military personnel. I have to write a report to correct this protocol later!"

Hearing the conversation, Misha was shocked.

'Not good. I have to plan an escape now! But, what can I do … right, my saliva turns green. Can it be corrosive?'

Misha gathered her saliva and spat at the mask. When she attempted to use her tongue to check the condition of the face restraint, she could feel that her spit was melting the steel mask little by little.

'No game is without a solution to a puzzle!'

She recollected her memories of Queen Egg's characteristic.

It could spit acidic liquid.

Its digestive fluid was extremely corrosive.

It had long tentacle tongues.

The flower mouth contains a hundred of fangs.

It had a high regenerative ability.

It differentiated their kinds with smells. Misha's [Pheromone] skill might have the same scent as the eggs.

'Wait a minute, the egg had an eye within its tentacle. Can I use my tongue like their tentacle?'

Thinking this far, she focused her sense to her second tongue. Unfortunately, she could not see anything with it.

However, she could sense her surrounding when Misha extended her tongue outside of her mouth.

'I can vaguely sense everything inside the mask. Does it work like a snake tongue? Flickering tongue to smell the preys? Interesting, then can I use my tongue as a weapon to stab a human or can I split my face into a flower-like mouth as Tama?'

Misha's imagination ran wild as she explored more ways to make use of all hints that she recalled. Unfortunately, aside from her acidic saliva, she failed her flower-mouth transformation attempts.

But she discovered another use of her tongue. She could solidify it into a sharp spear.

Alas, Misha could not stab through the steel mask, but she could sense that she created a dent on it.

A breakout plan was visualized in Misha's mind.

'One at a time. First, I need to make space for my tongue.'

Three soldiers and five more men escorted Misha into an enclosed room in the west wing where five staffs in Hazmat suits were waiting.

Upon reaching the room, the researchers injected their tranquilizers on Misha's arms and legs.

Seeing the infected tranquilized, a soldier ordered the researchers.

"The lieutenant wants her limbs cut off."

One of the researchers snorted, "She's still in the first stage. That's not necessary."

"It's a safety protocol. Just do it."

"You can't order me around, soldier. Comparison in ranks, we're your superior."

The soldier clicked his tongue. He turned around and gestured everyone to leave, "Suit yourself. You'll be the first to die if something goes wrong."

Seeing the soldiers leaving, all researchers grinned.

"Well, let's take some blood samples. We don't have many chances to get a stage-one hydra infected subject."

"She should still have a conscience. Should we take her mask off and talk to her a bit? Maybe we can learn about her situation and the sources of her infection."

"I doubt she will cooperate with us after she learned about all of these inhuman treatments."

"Not a chance, huh? Well, let's wait until the effect kicks in, then we'll be dissecting her to collect sample tissues."

One of the researchers could not resist Misha's body. He groped one of her perky mountains.

"Oi, our actions are being watched."

"I'm just inspecting her body. I want to know if this is fake or real. We're going to kill her anyway. Can I have some fun?"

All researchers in the room laughed. Since they were all men, they understood the hint.

Misha gritted her teeth as she could hear everything.

'Bastards! I'll fOOking kill you all once I'm free! How dare you touching my body!'

As Misha kept spitting at the steel mask to create a hole on it, Tama poked its tentacle at Misha's heart and mewed to get her attention.

*Mew* *Mew*

'What now, Tama. I'm trying to melt this mask and kill these bastards.'

Tama absorbed another mouthful of Misha's blood from her heart and digested all of them in one go. Afterward, one of its tentacle extended into her throat and moved up into her mouth.

The mini tentacle ejected out yellow fluid into Misha's mouth, which she could sense that it had a similar characteristic as her saliva. Strangely, it did not harm her or corrode her tongue and inner mouth.

'You want to help me with this? Alright, I'll melt this shitty mask and get this quest done!'

Combined with her fluid, Tama's digestive liquid corroded the mask in an instant, causing a white smoke and a burning smell in the lab room.

The researchers wore a gas mask underneath the Hazmat suit, so they were unable to detect the odd smell. As they were enjoying molesting Misha's body, none of them could see that the mask had a portion melted.

But the soldiers outside could see everything.

[Stop playing with that infected girl! She's doing something on her mask!]

Using the phone, a soldier yelled at it, and his voice echoed from the speaker within the room.

"What?"

The researchers stopped what they were doing and turned to Misha's face.

As they turned around, they saw the gap on the mask. A red tongue and a yellow tentacle stretched outside of Misha's mouth, wiggling around.

Misha was scanning her surrounding while Tama was checking everything as well.

Sensing the figure of the man who was touching her breasts, the long tongue of Misha stretched out toward the molester.

The tongue went through the biochemical suit and penetrated his forehead, digging into his brain before she retracted it back into her mouth.
