Using Lengyan as a shield, Wandong made Wu Qiujun withdraw his attack, then his second move went down the drain accordingly.

Such a well-planned strategy shocked Wu Daozi and Xu Wenchuan as well. The former took a glance at the latter and couldn't help asking, "Your Highness, your grandson goes beyond my expectations. How could him be so evil-minded?"

Xu Wenchuan lost his tongue, but there was a fierce turbulence going on in his mind.

"Nasty brat, you got around my second move, but it's not the case with the third!" Wu Qiujun shouted at the top of his lungs. Regardless of Wandong's initial-level spiritual energy, he mobilized all his ninth-level energy. Then a burst of blinding gale possessed the area of metres-radius right away.

As the others were speculating on the move Wandong was gonna take to cope with Wu Qiujun, Wandong charged with his sword with no bells and whistles. He appeared determined with an air of solemnity around him. All could tell he was going to perish with Wu Qiujun.

"No! Yaoting! No!" Wu Daozi and Xu Wenchuan both let out a cry.

Wandong appeared insulated to their dissuasion, he dashed forward with no hesitation in the slightest. His striking air of unflinching determination reached for the sky.

Wu Qingjun looked distracted for a second, and gritted his teeth forthwith, "Cunning brat, don't play with me! I won't fall for it again!"

Wu Qiujun set his mind on the third move until he shaped out a life-sized palm shadow with his spiritual energy, and flung it toward Wandong's sword.

Awe-inspiring as it was, WuQiujun's palm techniques sent chills down the spine of Tang Xinyi and Duan Lengyan, who stood by watching the duel. Whereas Wandong turned a blind eye to that and continued with his dash with no intention of retreating. His eyes already turned blazingly red, and his determination of greeting the doomsday peaked at that moment

"Mr. Wu, what should we do? What should we do?" Xu Wenchuan went further agitated, with his tone changed out of sheer desperation.

Wu Daozi's was downcast as well. His face even turned ghostly pale on thinking of the current situation. Their prior hesitation led to the loss of a golden opportunity to rescue Wandong. There would have been no point at all if they had rushed up now.
