"Brother Yaoting!" Ye Mei called Wandong. Seeing Ma Yi leaving with his underlings, Ye Mei finally felt relieved. She could no longer withstand the grievance she suffered from the Qinglong Gang. She let out an agonized cry and rushed into Wandong's arms regardless of others present.

Wandong didn't expect Ye Mei could have behaved in such a zealous manner. After he came back to himself, Ye Mei's plump, fragrant and innocent body was already in his arms.

Wandong soon came back to his senses and patted lightly on Ye Mei's back. He soothed her, "Little sister, I'm so sorry about my delayed arrival. I feel for your suffering."

On hearing that, Ye Ling's vigilance vanished forthwith. Compounded with the way Wandong looked at Ye Mei, one could tell that he only took her as a young sister.

Taking no notice of their conversation, Leng Yuecui looked Wandong in his eyes subconsciously. She got smitten by him right away. Wandong's eyes were so clear and upright that she felt as if she could have dived straight into them.
