Taking a deep breath, Wandong put on a grim look and said, "I've no money, but I'm able-bodied. Come and take my limbs as you wish."

"Stupid young bastard, you're asking for it!" Master Pi grinned hideously and waved his hands. Then the warriors, his hatchet men, scrambled to besiege Wandong, Leng Yuecui, and Wu Yang.

Hardly had Master Pi ordered them to take action when he spotted a troop coming up. He grinned and withdrew his hatchet men.

"Hey, Master Pi, what are you doing there?" a leader-like guy approached Master Pi and greeted him, paying courtesy like a flunky.

"Big Brother, they belong to the Yunzhong Management Administration," Wu Yang whispered in Wandong's ear.

Actually, Wandong spotted them himself without Wu Yang's introduction. The Yunzhong Management Administration was neither part of the military force nor the Defence Department. Their sole task was upholding an ordered society in Yunzhong City. In some sense, they had a bit of power.

Judging from his outfit, the guy might be a highly-ranked official — a director at least. The hierarchical system of the Yunzhong Management Administration was relatively simple — a head flanked by a dozen of directors. They were in charge of their own troops respectively in different areas.

Though the Yunzhong Management Administration was not responsible for defending the capital, they got on with the masses on a daily basis in terms of hands-on matters. Hence, they were of great significance to Qingyun Empire as well. On seeing the director kissing the ass of Master Pi like a flunky, Wandong felt rather indignant. It went without saying that the well-being of the masses in this area couldn't be safeguarded because of him.

Looking around, one failed to see any stores run by the Qingyun people. Uniform billboards hung on both sides of the streets manifested their identity of the Tiezhan Empire. "Director Wang, how have you been lately?" Master Pi asked, raising his eyelids a bit and retaining his superior posture. It seemed that he did that intentionally to challenge Wandong. While he was speaking, his large belly vibrated accordingly (revolting!).

"Master Pi, thanks for asking, I'm good," Director Wang said.

Master Pi smiled grimly and said, "Good for you! But you see I'm not doing well at all."

Director Wang pulled a long face as if his own parents had been bullied. He yelled with fury, "Which blind bastard dared to cause troubles for Master Pi?"

Master Pi smiled with satisfaction and pointed at Wandong, Leng Yuecui, and Wu Yang, "Here they are. They beat my Tiezhan gatekeepers without further ado. It was just as well you arrived in time. I'd like you take care of this. Please don't let me down."

"The three young bastards?" Director Wang said. He cast a sidelong glance at them swiftly. If he had had a careful scrutinization, he wouldn't have acted in such a outrageous manner that he put an end to his career consequently.

"Yes. Please help me with that," Master Pi said.

"Master Pi, just give me instructions. Do you want me amputate them or kill them?" Director Wang said forthright, patting his own chest. He let Master Pi get in charge of the life and death of Wandong, Leng Yuecui, and Wu Yang with such heartless levity as if he had been weeding.

"Director Wang, we came all this way here for the purpose of running business instead of committing murder. Death penalty is out, and the rest is up to you," Master Pi said, looking at Wandong. His disgusting arrogant manner continued to arouse fury in Wandong.

"The director surnamed Wang, while being paid by the Qingyun Empire, works as a lackey for the Tiezhan Empire. It would be tantamount to blasphemy if he were to exempted from death!" Wandong thought to himself.

"Okay, understood! Then as always, I'm gonnat hash off a leg and an arm of them respectively, plus fifty-kilo gold," Director Wang responded.
