His underlings made out his instruction and plunged their palms at the warriors. They got slapped constantly in the blink of an eye, mouths split, teeth broken. It would take them a few weeks to recover.

"Humph. You offense toward me already incurred the death penalty! How dare you cause troubles in the Tianbao Mansion? Don't you know they are our most distinguished guests? You're asking for death! And you even refused to submit! That's terribly insane!"

Qiu Yunchong turned to his underlings, "Take them out! I can't bear the sight of them anymore."

Wandong found it rather sarcastic. As an old saying went, fish begins to stink at the head. Qiu Yunchong did take a lot after his dad Qiu Wanli. Even if he had wished to impress Duan Lengyan, it hadn't called for the sacrifice of the Qingyun warriors. It was quite shameful to kiss the enemy's ass by harming his own people.

Hardly had Wandong's voice faded away when a shout came off like thunder.

"Goddamned wanton prick!"

A bodyguard dressed all black with eyes revealed only plunged himself toward Wandong, lifting his palm in the air. Apparently, he mistakenly took Wandong as a random Qingyun warrior like the one who offended Qiu Yunchong — a harsh lesson was in place.

However, Wandong was no push-over. The bodyguard was about to wave his palm at Wandong when Wandong beat him to it and plunged forth the right leg as swiftly as the lightning.

A forceful kick landed right in the bodyguard's belly with a muffled noise.

Wandong's formidable Taoist energy went into full play. The injured bodyguard was about to let out a painful cry when a blood fountain darting out of his mouth; his blood didn't fall on the ground until it flew for a couple of feet. The bodyguard himself also flew backward like a dashing volleyball.

What a scary move it was!

As experienced as he was, Wu Qiujun went daunted in spite of himself.

Wandong's made a prompt move without hesitation. It was strikingly smooth and forceful — the bodyguard would either end up dead or utterly disabled.

Albeit scared, Wu Qiujun was rather pleased with Wandong's initiative to come into a conflict with Qiu Yunchong. He was happy to be a detached audience now. The Xus were hardly a comparison to the Qius, though they were royal relatives.

While Wu Qiujun was gloating over the forthcoming fight, he sensed a burst of cold air popping beside him.

He turned back and found Wandong stare at him with a grim look.

Wandong's eyes were literally as penetrating as scalpels. He could dissolve Wu Qiujun's camouflage in an instant and see through his ulterior motive effortlessly.

Wandong's deadly stare got Wu Qiujun's heart racing at a fierce speed.

"Goddamned lad..."
