Tang Xinyi, on hearing that, couldn't help but looked back at Wandong; his fatigue and suffering made her heart ache.

She took a step up to help in spite of herself, but Xu Wenchuan beat her to it, supporting Wandong with his hand and staggering out of the Tianbao Mansion.

"Martial master, are you okay?"

Looking back at Wu Qiujun, Duan Lengyan inquired after him, somewhat spaced-out.

"I'm fine. It's no big deal," Wu Qiujun shook his head, grim-faced, "Pi Xiong, come on here!"

His abrupt roar sent chills down Pi Xiong's spine.

Pi rushed up in haste, only to get slapped by Wu before he stood still on his feet; his cheek soon swelled up.

"Esteemed Senior Wu…"

"What's wrong with the intelligence information about Xu Yaoting? Did you carefull collect it?"

Wu Qiujun burst out growling, cutting him off in mid-sentence.
