The Universe Conspired For Us To Meet Chapter 117

While Ronnie was busy sneaking kisses at Jayne and teasing her, on the other hand, Jayne tried to conceal her gasps and moans by holding on tightly to Ronnie's arms . Though she put up with the expressions needed for the dance with her crimson face, she was actually burning inside with flames of passion .

Ronnie wanted to tease her a little more and make her go weak in her knees . But then, the song ended . The crowd began shouting, "Once more! Once more! Once more!"

Jayne helplessly looked at Ronnie . They quickly bowed to the crowd and exited to the backstage . The host thanked them and asked the students to proceed towards the party hall for dinner .

The Dalton sisters too got up . But they didn't go to the dinner hall . They instead went backstage to check the boxes . They stopped in their tracks and hid near the room when they saw the students coming back with the boxes . They kept it back in the room and left .

One student gushed before leaving, "I was so scared when Mr Ronnie Roy's assistant said he'd to check the boxes as a part of the security protocol . "

"Same here! Being the top most diplomat is such a challenging job . " Another student added .

The Dalton sisters heard it very carefully . At first they weren't doubtful . But after they went inside they saw that the box containing Katherine Bradford's names were replaced by a box containing Jayne Roy's names .

They were left stupefied . They darted towards their car in the parking lot heading towards Katherine Bradford's mansion .

Jayne was too tired to even stay for the after-party . She totally forgot that she'd told Adam Clive that she would stay for the after-party . She directly went out and seated herself in the car .

Adam Clive who had come to the parking lot to take the packet he'd got yesterday . When he was locking his car, he saw Jayne getting into the car and leaving . He was furious that his plan to have her was getting missed just like that, "Jayne Roy! How could you do this once again?" He too quickly got into his car and followed her car .

Ronnie informed that he'd something important to attend to and left in his car driven by Daniel West . Jayne's car was waiting for them a little far away under a tree .

It was a dark moonless night with clouds . It was that it would rain any moment .

Adam Clive got suspicious that Jayne's car had stopped . He parked his car next to a departmental store so that nobody would be suspicious about him and waited inside the car .

Ronnie's car followed behind . Jayne got down gracefully and got into the front passenger seat while Daniel West left and got into the other car .

The couple drove away .

Adam Clive couldn't clearly see that it was Ronnie inside the car . But he recognised Daniel West to be Ronnie Roy's assistant . He felt something amiss . He dropped his plan of going back to the university and isn't and drove to Katherine Bradford's house .

In the car Jayne wanted to avenge Ronnie's kisses and teasings he did onstage to her . Thus began the game of seduction . She slowly placed her palms on Ronnie's which was on the gear and traced it upwards while nibbling on his ears . She purposely rubbed her chest against him .

When Ronnie couldn't take it anymore, he pulled the car to a halt and they made out in the car . Soon it began raining too . Steams of passion filled the car .

Katherine Bradford planned on drinking the night away at her in-house bar . She couldn't take this embarrassment anymore . She had just then begun when she heard the doorbell . "Who'd come home at this time? Could it be Adam?" Suddenly her mood lifted . She loosened her gown to reveal her cleavage . She made up a messy bun of her hair and sprinted towards the door .

To her disappointment, it was Emma and Ella Dalton . "You fools? Why are you here at this hour when you can't even do one work assigned to you properly?"

"Kate, we've got the exact explanation for this . Allow us to explain . " Ella Dalton begged .

"Spit it! You've got just one chance . " They walked towards the bar without locking the door and Katherine Bradford poured them a drink .

"We've got some very important news on Jayne Roy . We suspect there's some connection between Ronnie Roy and Jayne Roy . " Emma Dalton said .

"You are right!" They heard a male voice .

They all turned around to see Adam Clive standing at the doorway .

"Adam! Finally you are here!" Katherine Bradford dashed towards him and hugged him wailing out .
