The Universe Conspired For Us To Meet 135 Nine on ten

When Shirley Symonds had learnt of Jayne's Indian origin, she custom-made a few Indian dresses for her. Hence, an entire wardrobe of Indian wear and accessories were stocked up for her though she had never worn them yet.

Jayne's eyes sparkled on realising that it was finally time to explore this wardrobe of her. She excitedly asked her mother to pick their outfits as it would be most appropriate for the occasion.

Mrs Sona Bhat had a tough time in selecting their outfits since each dress was attractive than the previous one. Finally, she chose three sarees from them.

Firstly, she chose a ref coloured saree for Mrs Caroline Roy. It was heavily embroidered with golden threads and stones. She even helped her drape it and chose jewellery for it.

Meanwhile, Mrs Sona Bhat saw her daughter draping the off-white saree she had chosen for her. She was draping it so naturally that even her mother was taken aback for a moment if her daughter had really lost all of her previous memories. But then, she didn't make a mention of it.

Jayne excitedly draped the saree which was  hand-embroidered with exquisite stones over the entire expanse of the saree. Jayne was so engrossed that she didn't even realise that she had draped the saree all by herself.

She then paired her saree with diamond jewellery. She went on to do her makeup highlighting her eyes. She was wearing a backless blouse revealing her milky white skin. Her hair was tied into a bun with a few loose strands making her look even more gorgeous. The chiffon saree was hugging her body accentuating her curves.

Finally, Mrs Sona wore a lavender saree.

All the three women walked downstairs within the half an hour time given to them. The men were discussing about the company when they saw three gorgeous women walking down the stairs.

All the three of them were so mesmerised that they  involuntarily stood up and walked towards their respective partners.

Ronnie pulled Jayne to a corner. He ran his hands over her naked back while he took in her scent. He tucked a loose strand of hair and said, "Jayne, on a scale of one to ten… I'd give you a nine on ten for your looks baby."

Jayne pouted, "Just nine?" She put her hands on her hips. She thought she could impress Ronnie by her looks tonight.

Ronnie chuckled on seeing her reaction.

He paused and leaned forward to her ears, "Don't worry baby…. I'm the 'one' you need to complete you…"

His warm breath was still lingering on her ears while he was closing his eyes and leaning forward.

Jayne's face turned as red as her mother-in-law's red saree.

She pushed her husband away and tactfully escaped from his embrace.

Gone!

Within the blink of an eye she was gone!

Ronnie who was closing his eyes almost hit his head to the wall.

Ronnie, "..."

"Wifey, just wait for tonight!"

Jayne pumped her fist in the air and dashed towards the car right at the moment when both her in-laws and parents were having a private moment.

She turned around to find Ronnie looking at her. She strode back towards him and kissed his lips,  linking her arms with him. The duo walked hand-in-hand towards the car.

He whispered, "Be prepared to get punished after we come back my gorgeous wife."

Jayne smacked his arms giving him a loving glare.

"Ah! My heart! I can't help falling for you all over again… every single time… my wifey…" Ronnie mimicked like he was pacifying his heart.

Jayne couldn't help but give a peck on his lips.

Everybody got into the limousine while Daniel West drove them off to the party venue.

"Sanvi? Aren't you done yet? We're late already! It's as good as not going at all if we delay further." Virat shouted.

"Give me five more minutes Virat… I'm almost done." Sanvi answered.

Virat shook his head, "Sanvi, no more five minutes ah! I've even lost count of how many five minutes you've asked for since you began getting ready."

"Offo! I'm done Virat. Let's go." Sanvi finally walked out of the room wearing a black figure hugging cocktail dress with a deep-v cleavage.

Virat frowned. "Are you sure you'll bring wearing this to the party? It's an Indian party. Remember?"

"Of course Virat. But, then this is the most appropriate outfit for a party." Sanvi countered.

"It would be more appropriate if you'd worn a saree Sanvi. But then, we've no time for you to change. Let's get going." Virat dragged outside before she could go to get changed.

They flagged a taxi and arrived at the party venue.

"The event has already begun Sanvi. Hurry up! Let's get in." Virat said.

He suddenly stopped midway in his tracks. 'It's the same feeling…. Why do I feel Maya is here?' Virat was left with the same unknown feeling.
