This little bit of news makes Han Qilu's heart turn hopeful. Like being in a trance, he seems to understand what his friend is saying, but in his mind, he's realizing that his feelings for An Chuxia is more than just sibling affection.

“Let's go. We can tell my people to search the area once we locate them.” Xiao Mingluo proposes.

Han Qilu doesn't hear him. He feels like a kookaburra stuck in place. He may be looking ahead, but his eyes don't know where to rest.

“Hey, hey!” Xiao Mingluo takes offense to his statement since he is committed to Xiaonan now. “I'm not the same person, okay? I'm focused on one person.”

Upon hearing his statement, Qilu shoots his friend a look. He can remember Mingluo's highest record: in two days, he talked to five of his girlfriends, all of them from different schools!

Xiao Mingluo was about to refute when Qilu asks, “Don't tell me that this time, you're going to marry the girl you love?”

The question softens his stance, but Mingluo vows, “Of course! Eventually, this handsome rogue would marry for love!”

“You frequently change women,” Han Qilu says before changing the subject. “Anyway, I heard that Jiangnan is not accepted in your home. If they disapprove, there's no point in pursuing her.”
