He shot a right hook to his ribs and landed hard under the heart with a left hook. He began working his arms like pistons—left, right, left, right, to the face and body while the crowd below went nuts.

But Xiong Haojie grinned savagely and braced his feet, boring in and slugging hard with both hands. He swung for a uppercut forcing Tang Yan away then led for a right hook with his right foot out first. Which forced Tang Yan even further back.
