In Singapore, there wasn't much organised crime but every country had it's underworld and it was no exception.
Tang Yan in his past life was a security guard. So he was familiar with these things. Organized gangs like this, were very likely to have weapons on them, which made this situation rather dangerous.
And seeing how persistent they were in pursuing this woman even at the risk of being exposed, the identity of this woman was definitely not simple.
Tang Yan was analyzing the situation in front of him.
His heart and morals were urging him forward to be the hero to save the beauty but his brain and logic said to back off and just call the police.
He shouldn't take the risk of trying to take them on.
With this decision, he turned his head and took out his phone when....Lu Yun suddenly pushed him forward whilst rushing out.
"Let's go brother, we've got to help her!"
"Leave...her alone!" Lu Yun shouted in crappy English, as he sprinted towards them.
His boxing roommates, hero's heart was obviously quite decisive.
Seeing that Lu Yun went up, Tang Yan certainly couldn't leave him here alone, and he rushed up.
The woman saw Lu Yun and Tang Yan, especially Lu Yun who seemed quite built and hope ignited in her eyes, and she rushed towards them with even more gusto.
Reaching them, the woman ran and rushed to the back of Lu Yun, her body shivered and she looked extremely frightened.
The group of hooligans quickly caught up.
The place they were at was quite remote, they were still a road away from a main road. The group of thugs also seemed to know this. So catching up, they slowly circled them.
Blocking all their outlets, the leader of the group strode forward and let out a barrage of threats in English.

The threats of the thugs confirmed his previous speculation that this woman's identity was definitely not ordinary.
"I have already called my sister. Some.....someone will come to save us....soon, very soon...please don't leave ." Just then, the woman said trembling in less than standard Chinese, it seemed that she was afraid of them obeying the thugs and abandoning her.

Lu Yun couldn't understand English very well but this simple statement he could still understand. He put his body in front of Tang Yan and the woman and quickly said: "Brother, take the girl and run. I'll hold them off."

The bald headed thug took a step back, but he quickly rushed forward after touching his cheek.

"Boff!"
Tang Yan's fist hit the pit of the stomach of the thug right in the solar plexus and made a dull sound.
In the next second, the confident expression on the thugs face suddenly disappeared and became abnormal. He wanted to reach for Tang Yan but he found that he lost all his strength in an instant and his body fell backwards uncontrollably.
"Boom!"
The thug was directly put to the ground by Tang Yan.
