First Marriage Then Love Chapter 31

“How did you get hurt?” Su Yi Cheng asked coldly. His expression was not the usual warm. It was more harsh. Anran felt inexplicably fear.

Anran suddenly withdrew her hand, sat up, looked at her hand and  replied, “No, it was accidentally hit.” She was afraid to tell him that she was actually afraid of his coming to bed. While she was pretending to be asleep at this process, her back hand hit the cabinet edge, made her hand swollen and bruised.

Su Yi Cheng looked at her and did not speak for a long time. Anran felt restlessness. She was about to say something when Su Yi Cheng turned and got out of bed. Leaving only one person sat there, stunned. Sometimes, Anran did not know what a situation she had through.

When Su Yi Cheng came back, there was still no superfluous expression in his face. He pulled off the chair and then sat down at the end of the bed. His hand pulled over her hand, and then smeared the cream gently on her the swollen back of the hand.

His force was under control. Even though Su Yi Cheng’s action had been very light, Anran was hurt, and consciously shook her holding hands, “Oww! ” she screamed softly. Her  teeth tightly gritted.

Su Yi Cheng frowned and asked “Is it hurt much?”

Anran ineffectively shook his head. Her face was slightly red.

Su Yi Cheng looked back, and squeezed some cream on the hand. This time he moved lighter, and showed more serious expression.

Looked at his serious face, Anran suddenly felt somehow blurred images. Pictures and memories in mind suddenly overlapped. She remembered, six years ago, there was a boy who was attentive toward her. Like now, she said her teeth hurt, and would cry like a baby. The  boy felt miserable toward her pain, and then showed distressed eyes. She would laugh at his stupid heart. He was easy to cheat.

Su Yi Cheng finished apply the medicine, then he tightened the lid aside and put it back down. He saw Anran looked innocently at her hand. Her eyes did not focus, it seemed to mind something.

“Anran?” Su Yi Cheng called her, but he saw that she still maintained her posture. She did not seem to hear.

“Anran?” Su Yi Cheng looked at her and called again. Anran heard it this time. Suddenly, she looked up, stunned at him. Because of the memories, her eyes was wet with tears.

“Why?” Su Yi Cheng felt intimidated by her face. He obviously felt that his action had been very light, did he touch her roughly?

Anran answered quickly, raised her hand to rub under her eyes, shook her head, “Nothing. Thank you.”

Su Yi Cheng saw that there was something amiss. He estimated that she thought of somethings she shouldn’t think. She did not say it and he would not ask it. He had to wait for time to heal the wound slowly. Actually, he was very understanding.

Looked straightly at her, Su Yi Cheng said “Anran, we talk about it.”

Anran looked at him and asked “Talk about what?”

“Anran, I want to tell you, yes, I am a normal man. I have desire and the impulse is normal. At this point, do you understand? “Su Yi Cheng said, looked into her eyes.

Anran face was suddenly burst of red. She certainly understood what desire he meant. She also knew that it was actually a marital obligations. He was not require too much. Since he brought up this topic, so she had certainly no reason to refuse, but …… but she really, she really was not ready!

So think of it, Anran’s body was unconsciously backward.

Su Yi Cheng looked at her red tomato face. He felt really angry but funny. His image ruined, ah, let her felt scared and afraid.

Su Yi Cheng sighed helplessly. He suddenly felt that he did not know how to continue the conversation. Obviously, the conversation was usually his initiative, but at the moment, he did not know how to speak anymore. Perhaps he really should look a political commissar to teach him conversation skills.

Finally, he looked at her, shook his head helplessly, “Well, nothing.” He put away the chair, and then climbed the bed. Anran looked at him done all this action, her heart felt some guilty feeling. “Sleep.” Su Yi Cheng said faintly, laid down and pressed the lamp directly. Anran nodded, also laid down sideways.

In the Dark, those two was sleep on both sides. A big empty void formed in the middle. Anran clutched the quilt and laid on the bed. Her eyes was open, no sleep. In the bed with a stranger, she was nervous. Of course, because she slept soundly yesterday, she did not know.

She only heard the man’s breathing which gradually smoothered on the other side of the bed. Anran hanging heart little by little gradually felt at ease, along with her sleepy eyes a little bit closed, her breathing returned flatly.

Anran was almost asleep, when suddenly Su Yi Cheng turned to her side. His hand rested lightweightly on her waist, the other hand through her ​​neck to get her head on his arm.

Because of her instinct, Anran’s body stiffened. She did not dare to move and closed her eyes. She was preparing ‘heroes justice’ when her ear heard his warm breath, then his gentle voice sounded in her ear.

“Anran, I won’t force you if you don’t want to. I just want to hold you when you are asleep, rest assured.”

In the dark, Anran opened her eyes. Because of his words, some inexplicable feeling moved her heart. She felt guilty. She stammered, “Sorry, I, I am not ready.”

Su Yi Cheng nodded, held her body tighter, “I know. I know, don’t worry. I don’t want to force you. It’s fine to tell me when you’re ready. It doesn’t matter. ”

“ah ……” Anran stammered. Her body a little bit relaxed in his arms.

Su Yi Cheng hugged her, only whispered “Sleep.”

Sleepy feeling hit Anran. It did not take long for her to sleep in his arms.
