First Marriage Then Love Chapter 28

When Anran and Su Yi Cheng arrived, Lin Xiao Fen and Gu Heng Wen were busy in the kitchen. Anran volunteered to help Lin Xiao Fen in the kitchen sent and Su Yi Cheng accompanied Gu Heng Wen sat. Incidentally, the mother needed some talk to Anran.
Lin Xiao Fen looked outside at Gu Heng Wen and Su Yi  Cheng who sat on sofa from the kitchen door, then took her daughter and whispered “Anran, is he good to you?” As a mother, she was concerned about his daughter married life whether her son-in-law was nice to her daughter, whether the home conditions was good, whether her husband pampered her, or whether they would achieve happiness.
Anran nodded, “He is good to me.” She comforted the mother. Even if it was just a few days, she could get along Su Yi  Cheng.
“That’s good.” Heard her answer, Lin Xiao Fen nodded. She felt happy, then looked at her daughter. She was afraid that Anran would repeat their mistakes, but as Heng Wen said, she could meet Gu Heng Wen, of course, Anran could meet her man who would cherish her.
“Mom, what is in your soup pot, ah?” Anran reached out to open the lid to see, but it was single-handedly restrained by Linxiao Fen.
“Not good. You are not allowed to open it. It’s your favorite drink.” Then, Lin Xiao Fen pushed her aside, “You go out. You are not much help here. Go out and spend time with Yi Cheng.”
Anran sticked out her tongue, said “Let him chat with dad. The topic between men, it’s better that women don’t participate.”

“Then, go to your room and see. I packed your things. well, you see if there is none left behind.” Lin Xiao Fen lifted the lid and looked at the soup.

Anran hugged mother from behind. Her chin rested against her mother’s shoulder, whispered, “Mom, I don’t want to move.”
Linxiao Fen snappily patted her hand, said: ” How old you are! You still behave like children. You are married and don’t want to move, ah.”
“I don’t want to move. Let me live my life at home.” Anran said.
“Go. Go. You live at home for 28 years is enough ah.”
“It’s not enough. I want to be a lifetime.”
” I was already anxious to quickly married you off.” Lin Xiao Fen smiled and said, “Don’t be spoiled. Go and see him then ask them to eat.”
Anran nodded and came out from the kitchen.
Su Yi Cheng and Gu Hengwen were sitting and chatting in the living room. Su Yi Cheng knew how to do calligraphy. Gu Heng Wen took him directly to the study room. He  said to look at his word.
Su Yi  Cheng could not refuse him, then he picked up a pen to write a “natural” word on that blank paper.
“Yi Cheng, how long did you practice the word?” Gu Heng Wen looked at the word on the table, he nodded. Su Yi  Cheng written word was really excellent, it was better than what he could say.
“Let dad laugh at me. I began writing characters from elementary school, unknown for so many years I was into it.” Su Yi Cheng said modestly.
“No, no, the word you write is good. Vigorous and effective. each painting were in place for each.” Gu Heng Wen praised him. For this son-in-law, the addition of the anxious points was satisfactory.
Lin Xiao Fen pushed open the door, stared at them with a smile. She said “Come out to dinner.”
“Right, right, right. We came out to dinner.” Gu Heng Wen said with a smile.
The three came out from the study room. It seemed Anran was still in her room. Lin Xiao Fen called out towards Anran’s room, “Anran, come out to dinner.”
Until those three sat down, Anran still didn’t come out.
“This child, what is she doing in the room? She e

ven doesn’t know when to eat.” Then, Lin Xiao Fen stood ready to go to Anran’s room, but she was prevented by Su Yi Cheng.
“Mom, I go.”
Lin Xiao Fen and Gu Heng Wen looked each other, smiled and nodded, “Well, you go. Anran’s room is in the first room.”
Su Yi Cheng nodded, got up and walked toward Anran’s room. He stood in the doorway and knocked on the door. It had no respond from inside the room. He directly pushed the door. He saw Anran sat in bed. She looked silly, held a book, seemed lost in thought, and even did not feel Su Yi Cheng coming.
Su Yi  Cheng walked in front of her, then picked up the book from her hands. It was Tagore’s ‘Birds.’
Because the book was pulled out from her hands, Anran recovered. She watched standing Su Yi Cheng. She did not know what time he came in.
Su Yi  Cheng consulted her book, said ” I read this anthology in high school. How many years has it been, I never picked it up again. I estimate it was throw from my old man’s study room.”
Anran stood up, took the poems from his hands, did not take his words, asked “when did you come in?”
Su Yi Cheng smiled, turned around and looked at Anran’s room. The room layout was very simple and elegant, with plain white wallpaper, a small closet in the same color, and pale pink bed sheet sets. Compared to most women room, there was no dresser. On the balcony placed a small desk. Placed above it were some building professional books, and drawing with paper and big feet. Nightstand lamp stood on bedside, and also placed a small photo frames. The photographs displayed Anran with long hair, wore a Bachelor of service, and also a very beautiful sweet smile.
Su Yi  Cheng stooped to pick up that frame, looked at the photos of Anran, said “You should smile more. You look very pretty when you laugh.”
Anran blushed. She took the photo frame away from his hand.

Su Yi  Cheng smiled. Her hand took the book and photo frame directly into the side of the nightstand. He pulled her hand away and said ” Dinner was ready. Mom let me to call you for dinner.”
Lin Xiao Fen and Gu Heng Wen watched them holding hands out. Anran face was still red, and the two of them had a ambiguous smile.
