Chapter 690 – Firm Foundation

Orochi and Tlaloc stared at the railgun in awe. They turned to Ma Moxi, thinking that he was responsible for this weaponry.

Ma Moxi noticed their eyes. He shrugged and refused to take the credit.

"That was Mao Miaomiao's doing. Kudos to him, not me."

Tlaloc nodded. He began to appreciate what Miaomiao had been doing. Without the wall and the structures, their faction would have been defeated long ago.

The railgun continued to do the work. Another great sage went down.

The slimes counterattacked and spat black liquid at the railgun and the MRL turret. However, they couldn't put a dent in them as it only damaged the barrier, which was projected by the wall.

After a few more shots, all great dao sage slimes were gone. The rest was decimated by the nuke missiles.

When the dust settled, the cats celebrated, and they rushed to cultivate the radiation by inhaling them. Orochi remained on the wall, mimicking the Cathulhus. As for Ma Moxi, he left the railgun as it was and returned to the radar tower.

On the other hand, Tlaloc had suffered a heavy injury. He returned to his cave, recuperating and regenerating his lost hands and feet.

While the tar monsters and slimes attacked Chaos Realm Faction, Jieyin and others reported their findings to Hongjun right away.

Hongjun was expressionless while he was listening. After he understood their intention, he turned to look at another sage, who was always quiet.

Jieyin and people and Olympian gods positioned themselves in front of the portal in the medium world. They stared at the army of tar monsters, which had been protecting ten airdrops at the south of the plane.

None of them dared to make a move on them as a new great dao sage emerged and guarded those crates.

While Jieyin and Zeus' men watched the tar slimes and humanoid monsters, they also kept glancing at the portal of Mao Miaomiao's plane.

It was already noon, but nobody came out. Moreover, Houtu never returned.

Zeus laughed, "Houtu and Mao Miaomiao Army should have been done for. Hades, send our men to scout their plane."

Hades shook his head and denied the order, "No. We must not be hasty. We should wait for the next development to confirm their status."

As soon as Zeus mentioned the players, Hades turned to the north.

As long as everyone kept killing each other, Heavenly Dao Faction would have the number advantage.

Miaomiao bit his lower lips. The progress was too slow as he could only bring out 4-5 stars a day. At this rate, he would only become 130-150 stellar star constellation and failed to become a deity after a month.

He needed to work harder!

Sometimes, Miaomiao wanted to use the sacrificial altar to boost his cultivation base. However, he knew that it wasn't the right choice as he wouldn't have the Providence Law of the sages.
