Before she could finish her sentence, an unexpected kiss fell on her lips, So sudden but so gentle that her heart was softened. Charles rubbed the lips in such a gentle manner, as if she was a delicate treasure.

On the other side, Lisa Xia got lost after sneaking out of her house. She had no idea where No. 40 Junqing Road was and how to get there.

Her driver would handle that for her before. It had alwayse been so.

Out on the street, Lisa kept looking around and soon lost her patience, so she grabbed a passer-by and asked, "You, tell me how I can get to No. 40 Junqing Road."

The guy sized her up, disparagingly shouted back, "Watch your tone, you impudent psycho! I know where it is, but I'm not telling you."

Lisa immediately got pissed off and said, "What did you say? Do you know who I am? You should feel honored that I ask you questions."

The guy sneered and went straight away while texting his girlfriend: "Honey, I met a lunatic on the street just now who asked me about directions. But her manner was rather rude. What a psycho!"

Lisa Xia tried to ask a few more people, but she failed again and again.

The passers-by either thought her ill-mannered, or pointed wrong directions to her on purpose.

Lisa felt a sudden depress and self-pity, And she was having a hard time getting used to those feelings.

Lisa handed the note to him.

"Here."

The driver looked at the address

And gave a strange look at Lisa, asking, "Young lady, why are you going there? There are only some abandoned factories, shops and residential buildings left on Junqing Road. All the buildings there are going to be pulled down in several months."
