"Okay, let's go find my brother first. It's not a big deal. Don't worry about it."

Brian Ho and Bun hopped into the car for the dilapidated warehouse of the wharf in the north of the city.

Linda was lying on the floor with her arms tied behind her back.

"Charles must have known you are here."

Linda cast a cold glance to him and said, "You are a smart guy."

"Young lady, take your last chance and tell me where Lisa is."

"Will you let go of me if I tell you the truth?"

"Take a guess."

"Vincent Zhou, you don't have to beat around the bush. I have no idea where she is. I have already told you that."

"What about I let you go if you tell me where she is?"

On hearing that, Linda could not help laughing. Her pretty and bright eyes curved, sweeping Vincent off his feet.

"That bitch is rather hot. Since it has come to this, why don't I have a taste of her body?" thought him.

Linda was trying to buy more time. She believed that Charles would find her very soon.

A trace of obscenity in his eyes made Linda sick.

"I advise you to give up your thought." said Linda while trying to set her hands free.

Back when she was at home, she uesd to learn some basic self-defence skills from Bun out of boredom, including how to untie herself when her hands were tied up behind her back.

Just in case of emergency

When she was kidnapped or ran into any danger while Bun was away.

The dragon ring would not save her in every case, especially when she was up against someone who was determined to have his way.

She had never dreamed that the skill would come into handy today.

What kept her here was her curiosity about Vincent Zhou's obsession of finding Lisa.

He was reaching for Linda's body while speaking.

Realizing she would not get the answer, Linda immediately untie herself before his hand could reach her.

In fact, she had untied herself for a while. She pretended to be tied so as to get the truth out of him.

Just before his hand could reach her, she broke free and twisted the dragon ring. A tiny metal ball shot Vincent.

His lower part felt an excruciating pain which sent him collapsing onto the floor.

His men nearby panicked and they all gathered around to help him up. "Boss, are you Okay?"

The tiny metal ball went through him and left him in great pain. Pale-faced Vincent winced and pointed at Linda. "Strap a time bomb on her and lift her up!"

"Yes, sir!"

Pinned down by several muscular men, Linda scrapped her face on the floor, which hurt a lot.

It upset her when she thought of her face. She was afraid it might be ruined by them... "Don't they know a beautiful face is important for a lady?" thought Linda.

This time Linda got tied up rather tightly. Even her feet were tightly bound.

Wharf in the north.

Being the busiest dock of the SH city, 60% of the total tonnage of shipping went through here.

But when the night fell, all the bustle and hustle were gone, leaving only the slight glimmer of light and some giant liners and cranes here.

Linda had a bad feeling about her situation. What were they going to do?

As expected, two muscled men took her to the crane near the river bank. One of them got into the crane and the other hanged her on the auxiliary hook and then strapped a time bomb in front of her chest.

They started the crane and Linda was slowly lifted up. Being tied up tight, She was almost out of breath.

The ticktocks of this bomb irritated Linda.

It seemed that Vincent Zhou were pissed off. Linda managed to stretch her neck in order to breathe easy. She didn't want to be suffocated.

In the warehouse, Vincent dressed the wound and stemmed the bleeding. But... he couldn't feel a thing down there.

His most important part was ruined by that bitch. Vincent Zhou swore he would put a bullet in her head. But he had to rein in his rage and evil thoughts for the moment, For she still held value to him, so she couldn't die just yet.

Charles Mu, together with his 30 men of armed police force, arrived at the wharf as quickly as they could.

Vincent Zhou was seated on the wharf, held up by his people.

Charles Mu caught the sight of Linda hanging up over the black, raging river.

She was swaying in the howling gale, Her stomach was churning as she didn't eat anything tonight, so she just retched violently.

The constant sway only tightened the rope around her body.

Seeing this, Charles Mu furrowed his blow. The meaningful expression on his face was obviously a sign of his fury.

He waved his hand. His men quickly surrounded Vincent Zhou and tried to control the crane.

Vincent Zhou, with a cold face, raised the remote control of the bomb. "Fuck off! All of you! "Otherwise I will press the button!"

Charles Mu took a closer look at Linda and, to his surprise, he saw a twinkling red light on her body. That was a time bomb.
