The Online Craftsmaster 110 Mephisto′s little toy

Mephisto was giggling to himself in his throne room, he just couldn't stop while he was thinking about all the special toys he has even though not all were finished yet. A sinister grin kept being plastered across his face when he was reminiscing about the creation of all of his toys.

At first he took over the throne and declared all non-human races as outcast to stabilise his claim on the throne. Luckily all the nobles that were his subjects welcomed this decision of his as the loved to use their power against people that were weaker than them. But Mephisto did not only want to get the nobility on his side, he also wanted a situation where no one would notice some missing people as he needed them for his test.

Next he used his Brother Ullr to get him some samples out of the dungeon of that peasant that dared to think that he could be a king. Mephisto even used his youngest brothers mental state to ignite the fire of hatred in Ullr to get those samples even though Mephisto knew that it was Cpt.Blings own fault as he just brainlessly charged into the dungeon and wasn't intelligent enough to only fight enemies that were weaker than him or had a weakness.

But well Ullr brought him very good samples and even a living specimen, Mephisto couldn't hold his giggle back anymore when he remembered the day he first saw the living Rat specimen Ullr brought him.

Mephisto hired dozens of technicians and Scholar´s in the game but he just didn't make any progress in his research, all of the test subjects died without bonding with their new metal limbs that were installed after their normal limbs were cut off without anesthesia. Even though this outcome was still a little funny to Mephisto, he couldn't help but to smile when he thought how the test subjects squealed like a dying pig when one of their limbs was cut off, so you could say that these experiments did have a use, even if it just was to amuse Mephisto.

But the progress was to slow for Mephisto so he had a devilish idea, he searched a bit in the internet for the most notorious and crazy serial killers that were kept in prison. Next he visited them one by one and offered them something they couldn't decline, and soon dozens of game capsules were delivered to the prisons around the world, giving Mephisto an army of psychopaths to help him having fun.

Soon they had their first breakthrough, even though all of the test subjects still died the first ones started to bond with their new limbs and could use them after they were resurrected and even though most of the Subjects that did not bind to their limbs were useless Mephisto still loved it to see them climbing or crawling around.

But suddenly some of his NPC subjects brought them something new, a small humanoid robot. Mephisto loved it, he loved stroking it with his fingers while his scientists would observe it, and he loved the hint of madness that shone through the eyes of this small robot when he saw something out of metal.

Mephisto couldn't help but to feel sad a little when he remembered the day that his small little robot escaped, his heart was so broken that day that he needed to hire over a dozen new scientists as many fell to his rage and were used as new test subjects.

But after observing this magnificent little creature they had another breakthrough, the finally achieved to replace the limbs of a living human with robotic limbs without him dying, even though he was still screaming in pain until Mephisto let one of his servant cut the vocal cords of this man.

But now Mephisto needed a new toy and luckily right at that time his minions brought him the best puzzle he could ever wish for, the parts of the Angersteel Colossus. Now the scientists were painstakingly trying to piece it back together and even though it was flawed as it was assembled by layman it still worked thanks to the little present he got from a naughty goddess.

The Scientist were still working on it but while they were working Mephisto had an evil thought for another little toy he would enjoy. He cancelled the appointment of his youngest brother´s therapy and told him that he found a new one that would cure him inside of "King's Reign".

So He brought his brother to his palace and locked him into the dungeon and started torturing him while laughing uncontrollably. He constantly reminded his brother that the Player Chrome was at fault and that he should listen to his brother while he let several of his creations rip his brother apart with robot arms after which he was healed back to full health again.

At first his brother still had light in the eyes and started screaming in pain, but soon Mephisto couldn't hear him screaming anymore. But his brother had still light in his eyes and looked into Mephistos eyes begging him to stop. But that fueled Mephistos enjoyment even more because he wanted to see this light go out as his brothers spirit broke down.

An Mephisto didn't need to wait long, after just three more days ingame his brother broke down even further, and now he didn't even have a speck of light in his eyes anymore. But that wasn't enough for Mephisto his brother had to be broken down even further so he intensified the torture while carrying on telling him that he should listen to his older brother and that it was all Chrome´s fault that he is in this situation now.

And soon after the first fruits of his labor could be harvested as a new light source started to emerge in the eyes of his brother as his mind completely shattered. a Dark gleam of rage could be seen but Mephisto brought him a step further when he used his former research to replace the limbs of his brother with robotic limbs leaving behind a wretched and broken human that obeyed his orders, wasn't stopped by pain anymore and went berserk if he was near death or saw a picture of Chrome.

But Mephisto hadn't tortured his youngest brother enough so he asked an alchemist to brew a potion that would amplify the amount of pain his brother felt and even rammed a dark black crystal into his body next to his heart that would resurrect him once as an undead before he would respawn at the temple after he died.

Mephisto just couldn't stop giggling when he recounted the last months of progress in this game, he felt like a fish in the water in this game, the moment he opened it the first time the game knew what kind of person he was and encouraged and rewarded him for being himself. He even got a rare special class when he created his character and it was perfect for him. Mephisto had the class of "Dark Jester"...

Aetheria was watching her champion and even though she should feel disgusted by his behaviour she strangely found it arousing and started to enjoy it, if this stupid Titan could evade Judgement why should she even bother judging people and try to keep the balance of the world. It would be way more fun to just do what she enjoyed. she could just smite people if she wanted, why should she hold back, she was a goddess not a poor country bumpkin that had to obey the law, SHE WAS THE LAW...

...The hooded man kept on observing Scrappy and the king of dwarves, until his chance came, the dwarven king gave the special metal ingot away to a servant to bring it to the vault. The man followed and just before the dwarf put it away a knife went through his throat while to hooded man grabbed the special piece of metal and put it away.

Next the Man teleported away and stood in front of Aetheria that was holding a monologue. He coughed and asked the goddess to bestow the piece of metal with her power, she nodded and a ray of Silver light contaminated by darkness hit the ingot. The man was satisfied even though the ingot cracked a little, he infused it with mana and suddenly it changed its form to a spiked shield. He looked at it with disdain as he could guess that it wouldn't hold up very long.

But he was still satisfied as the shield only needed to block once, So the old hooded man teleported once again and reached Mephisto´s throne room where he quickly found Mephisto laying on his throne giggling uncontrollably.

Even the old man started to smile as he knew that he picked the right person, he gave Mephisto the shield even though mephisto looked at him with a strange face as both of them met for the first time, but Mephisto´s face took on an understanding look when the old man said:" Its to defend against a special someone..."
